This monster of a track is now back on the label as we do a 2nd remix edition of Milos Ilic - Contradiction, a true monster gaining worldwide recognition. This time we deliver the original in full flare again that is a huge progressive journey, packed with exciting elements to build that clever drive and energy that we so often seek for. 
To complement, we see a new rendition from an artist that we always held high as Sri Lanka based producer Dimuth K returns once again to our PHW Elements division. For those of you keeping track of the genre, know all about hs skills and achievements over the years. Having his music released on many of the top labels in the business, he surely has made a name for himself and he is well worthy every recognition that he gets. This is another deep and melody driven journey from him, where he showcase what a rare producer he is. With a fantastic atmosphere built up through clever selections of sounds, he surely strikes with another winner with his reinterpretation that we know will be a magic piece to many of you. We are truly happy to see him back again and join forces with the PHW Elements label. 

We are equally happy to present another addition to the label as we have the pleasure to welcome the collaboration between Oliver Petkovski & Tone Deep to our home. This is a really quirky and energetic rework from these talented artists that gives the full release another dimension. With crisp percussion and superb grooves, they make a whole lot with their production as they are to give you a real treat with their distinct version. Release Info: 
Presenting his first original project of 2020, Henri Hurtig aka Cid Inc. returns to Replug Records with a two-track artist showcase. 2019 proved to be another year of successes for the Finnish producer. The March release of his well received ‘Via Karela’ EP got the year underway, setting the stage for contributions to Hernan Cattaneo’s ‘Balance Presents Sunsetstrip’ compilation and the Armadillo Records ‘Fields, Vol. 1’ collection. October then saw Henri commemorate Replug’s ten-year anniversary with the Orsen collaboration ‘Ten’, before returning to Guy J’s Lost & Found Records with a chart-topping remix of Kasper Koman’s ‘Hi’ to round the year out in style.  Now following a remix for Einmusika to begin 2020, Cid Inc. lands back on his comfortable home of Replug Records with the much anticipated ‘Citadel’.

Having been a highlight and much requested track of Cid Inc’s recent gigs, it is the melodic wonder ‘Citadel’ which gets the EP underway. Rhythmically buoyant, it's rippling low end, spastic synths and fiery percussive set the piece on a course for aural enlightenment. Metallic accents steal the air at opportune moments as a quirky acid line rises into the main break. Effervescent modulation sizzles across the centrepiece, devilish and emotive in equal measure, eventually reaching a rousing crescendo as the groove drops for a storming finale.

Rounding out the EP is the equally excellent 'Rescue Me'. In carving out a distinctive groove, Cid Inc. has fashioned a strong foundation, flanked by layers of finely tuned percussion and rhythmic pulses. Charging forward, siren-like synths descend over the framework, adding a radiant glow as the breakdown commences. Moments of euphoric reflection encapsulate the centrepiece, before melting down to a trail of vocal fragments and charged beats.

As Cid Inc. embarks on what promises to be another memorable year, ‘Citadel’ not only sets the bar high but makes its mark as one of the winter season’s most sought after progressive house releases.

'Raven', the final of the four tracks and the lead single released alongside a Jonas Rathsman remix, intrigues with chants and empowerment just as much as with its determination and fragility. Falling from the highest heights, Raven lets you rediscover who you are when you hit the ground. Carried by a throbbing four-on- the-floor kick drum and covered in a synth-haze that is hard to resist, you’ll float along, fall and rise with the everlasting wave-like movement of human existence.

Jonas Ratshman's remix of Raven is just as easy to indulge in as the original. With a strong emphasis on offbeat elements and skilfully placed high-end melodic fragments, Ratshman's remix grows into a slightly more dance floor orientated version of the tune. Bright chords and subtly placed vocal crescendo's inviting in forgotten summer feels are complemented by cleverly layered call-response build up's, leading you astray in a maze of your own thoughts whilst dancing the night away. A mellow kick sound that makes you want to move steadily, an early on-set vocal taking you by the hand. This remix is a dreamlike and wistful marriage between pumping low- ends from the techno world and spine-tingling bright pads, driving beats and glistening shimmers of sweet high-end effects. Ratshman has managed to highlight another shade of the original - a co-release that makes for a tempting addition. Raven is demanding. It's like falling out of the sky into deep waters, getting lost and being found, over and over and over.

PREMIERE: Definition - Raven (Jonas Rathsman Remix) [Definition:Music]

Ugur Atay was born in Kyrenia / CYPRUS on 14th of September, 1987. Atay developing a passion for DJing in his high school years started creating music archives about electronic music. He has been interested in progressive house music since his childhood, thanks to his older brother. After creating his own archive, he delivered his first DJing performance in 2002 by taking over the DJ booth at the New Year celebration of his college. Ugur looking forward to improve his skills in DJing started to get training from ''Mio Dub'' in 2005. He had his name rather frequently mentioned as a result of making great progresses day by day and started performing in various places. 
Ugur’s favourite music genres are Deep House and Progressive House.
