O zouk é um estilo musical que surgiu nas Antilhas, um arquipélago que está no leste da América Central e faz fronteiras com o Mar do Caribe ao sul e oeste, com o Golfo do México ao noroeste e com o Oceano Atlântico a norte e leste. O zouk já está presente no Brasil há algum tempo em vários ritmos musicais, principalmente na região norte.

O zouk hoje foi dividido em vários estilos, o “soul zouk” foi criado na China; o “zouk r’n’b” mistura em seu ritmo o hip hop, e o “reggaeton” que é sensação nos Estados Unidos e caracterizado por ter uma batida bem acelerada.

DJ Nerds: I had a lot of fun with the first track which took the vocals of "My Heart Goes" over the instrumentals of "Ultima Bolacha" using stems in VirtualDJ. This was a cool way to incorporate a song which is not very Zoukable, by using it on top of a song that is otherwise much more accessible to the dance.

Levei a pista por uma jornada musical que explorou diversas emoções—do envolvente ao divertido, do profundo ao leve—criando momentos de conexão e energia. Agora, estou postando esse set para que quem não estava lá possa sentir um pouco do que foi essa experiência e para que quem viveu esse momento possa reviver as sensações dessa noite incrível!

At the final party of the Zouk Hour Congress, I had the honor of playing a set that marked the end of my participation in this event, which has truly become special to me. I took the dance floor on a musical journey, exploring a range of emotions—from immersive to fun, from deep to light—creating moments of connection and energy. Now, I'm sharing this set so that those who weren’t there can get a taste of the experience, and those who were can relive the feelings of that incredible night!
