This was my first livestream set, for the Muti Music / Northern Nights virtual stage on the How Weird World Faire stream on May 3rd 2020. As weird as it was to be playing from my living room, it felt good to be able to send out some good tunes and good vibes in the midst of such a difficult time, and help people feel connected. Thank you Muti Music, Northern Nights and How Weird Street Faire having me play, and a big shout out to my quarantine crew for their support and bringing their dancefloor magic to the livestream!

If you don't know Chili Thom he was an amazing man that touched so many people in our community here in B.C. He was a renaissance man who had many talents.  One of which was being a fantastic painter. From his hard work and dedication to his art, he left us with an amazing trail of psychedelic landscapes with gorgeous snow covered forests, super sunsets and spectacular ocean waves. Sunday Morning at Tall Tree 2017 I was asked to fill in on a set for an artist who couldn't make it, so I obviously said yes!!! Therefore this set was completely on the fly, and mannnnnnnn is it funky! I randomly came across this the other day on my computer and it turned out pretty dope! Hope ya dig it!

With over 15 years of experience behind the decks, Whitness has a passion for playing soulful, heart-warming music. She loves to read the room and create the perfect vibe with her tune selections whether it’s a lounge gig, a club gig, or a festival. Her favourite genres to play are house, lounge, old-school hip hop, funk, soul, and liquid drum & bass … all the things! She has opened for the Stanton Warriors, S.P.Y, and tagged with P. Digsss from Shapeshifter to name a few. Legend has it that some of her musical powers can be traced back to the fact she was born on April Fool’s Day. Her fiery presence in the DJ booth can be attributed to her ginger hair and sassy Aries attitude. Fun fact: Her favourite day of the week is Sunday, especially if it involves a Gin Caesar.
