After the massive success from one of the first releases on DKDA Thank You Jack by eRi2.We have decided to get it remixed. And what amazing remixes they are. With 8 sided dice legend Chris Colburn's doing a deep bass heavy techno remix hitting all the write buttons for all the techno heads out there. Then the main man him self eRi2 has done a minimal remix with him masterful glitch sounds and bleeps and blops he is keeping it minimal. Then last but not least we have Jean Agoriia's Tech-House remix. Jean is hitting all the summer out door vibes with this one and we know it will go down a treat at the Dark Knights Events this summer.

Here is a sick ep for you all to get stuck in to. I welcome back Dark Knights legend Jean Agoriia with this amazing Techno EP. It comes with a phat remix from one of the biggest up and coming female artist of the moment Rebekah from CLR. 

Jean is no new face to DK-DA and is by far one of the most productive procers on the label chucking new material my way every week. He is very diverse with his styles of production creating deep funky house all the way to Heavy hitting techno. I already have the next release in the pipeline from Jean coming out in 2013 and its another amazing peace of work.

On this EP there is a huge remix from one of the biggest up and coming female artist on the planet Rebekah. When I first listened to Rebekah's music I knew there and then her style and her passion is burning bright for techno. With the dark and raw sound mixed with the fres and well produced techno. It was no wonder to find out that she is inspired by Dave Clarke, Derrick Carter, Richie Hawtin and Billy Nasty to name a few.
She regularly plays at some of the best clubs and festivals of the moment such as Berghain, Tresor, Fabric, Atomic Jam, Studio 80, Cocoon Club, Cocorico, Guendalina, Forsage, About Blank, Tomorrowland, Awakenings and Exit. As well as playing along side the biggest names in the indrastry like Sven Väth, Dubfire, Loco Dice, Marco Carola, Luciano to names a few. Not forgetting her massive signing to legendry Chris Liebing label CLRin 2012. All this has lead to Rebekah becoming a well istablished ambasitor for the sounds of techno. It gives us grate pleasure to have her on the label.

Dark Knights events started in spring 2009 at the Exeter Phoenix art centre. Run by DJ Dizzit (Tazzid Ingram) as a fun loving night playing house and techno with a minimal edge, it’s a summer only event that runs from from March to October in the bar and the now infamous outdoor terrace.

The inspiration for the night was to provide a cheap and fun night for every one to enjoy, and to this date this remains. We only make what is needed to cover the costs so that everyone can come and enjoy the night. This is why we aim to keep the prices as low as possible.

In 2011 we started DKDA or Dark Knights Digital Audio, a new and exciting record label/DJ Agency, aiming to unearth some fresh new talent. With a high standard and a low price, seeing to it that every one gets a good fair deal.
