Les Yeux Orange started early 2013, when Noctambulo and Humangigz team up to share their passion and knowledge of music with the world. Long time collectors and DJs, they start off by uploading all sorts of electronic music on their inhexaustible youtube channel and sharing podcasts of international DJs. In 2014, they begin to throw some of the best intimate parties of Paris in La Rotonde, inviting international guests and slowly but surely giving the club the reputation of an inavoidable pillar of the local scene.

In 2015, they launch their premiere series, hosting exclusive unreleased tracks from upcoming releases on a daily basis and becoming to be known as one of the best curated soundcloud platforms. Going viral, Les Yeux Orange launch their own label and are invited to play all over Europe.

Based on Holland’s West Coast, JEANS emerged from The Hague’s hardcore and jungle scene with a love for raw 90’s Hip Hop, dub, and Raggamuffin. Soon he would delve into new styles such as garage, techno, breakbeat, goa, and electro, but as you can hear throughout this mix, what makes JEANS so uniquely raw, is his the way he stays true to his roots. 

Alongside his exceptional record collection, JEANS has a refreshing willingness to challenge and push the limits of a crowd. This soon gained him widespread praise, and has seen him take on a residency at Het Magazijn, and the role of head booker at both Whoosah and PIP. 

In 2018 JEANS' breakout EP ‘LUL GEEN KALMTE’ on Who’s Susan lit up clubs and sunny festivals alike. Recently we have also been graced with JEANS' addition to a recent Who's Susan VA, alongside a brilliant EP with Younger Than Me on Bar Records. 

Through this hour and a half long mix, JEANS does what he is known to do best. Seamlessly guiding us through the genres that are driving him to wreak havoc on dancefloors and inspire some truly incredible releases.

The Podcast and Party turns 3 years old this month and for the 80th instalment it felt right to keep with what has become a bit of a tradition and reach out to my trans-atlantic buddy Mike W again, who had been running his label Kolour LTD out of Houston TX until recently. 

Mike and his label have been a constant source of both advice and inspiration to me over the years and it's with a heavy heart that we wish such an established imprint like Kolour LTD farewell after 15 years of releasing nothing but pure quality on the black stuff.

I'm really excited to share another of his vinyl only mixes expertly compiled and recorded just like back in 2017 and 2018.  It's jam packed with records true to his labels spirit as in previous years.
