After I got rid of the jetlag, visiting the silom tower, had a massage to get my back ready, made friends and went out to party I left Bangkok.

I visited #lopburi #phitsanulok #lampang and arrived in #chiangmai "the pattaya of hipsters and veganism." 😂😜 I visted temples, waterfalls, hot springs, bars, bars, bars and clubs. I took long showers and short naps. I met beautiful people only. 🕉️🏞️⛲🚿💤 

Most important words:
Sawadiikrap, kop khun krap and mang sa uilat.
To be vegetarian isnt always easy. I ate fried vegetables and rice 5 times in a row.
I Traveled Through The North by train.
So this one is called TTTN.

This song Instrumental was actually not produced for the EP. 
But the song was record on it was nothing special so we scratched it. 
Once jokesson came up with the Lyrics about walking on clouds we adjusted the Instrumental. There is a lot of Samples and Sound effects especially in the second part which are related to the lyrics but still nice to hear without them. Nothing else to say. Definitly the most chilled song on the EP.

The EP "panta rhei" by "jokesson" is on all streaming services. And on the Shop of HiH Records.

Beat was done on the MPC X. Mixed in Logic. Mastered by Lou Genius.

My friend jokesson brought some Vinyl with him and we sampled the records.
Thats the beat i came up with. Bassline added via VST. Put the sample into a filter and automated it related to the lyrics. When ever the lyrics getting positve and more hopefull the filter opens the samples. If the lyrics get more dark so does the samples.
Not much to say its a simple but solid Boom Bap Rap Beat.

Instrumental was made on the Akai MPC X and Logic Pro X

The sample came from a gospel/soul - record.
The drums got more of a reggae vibe to it. 
The breakdown/outro came together because its the title song and last track of the EP.

The Instrumental of the Song "was willi säge" by "jokesson" produced by me.

Started with the artists vocals. Sampled the jazz guitar. Made a sequence for the hook and the part. Added the Jazz Flute. Added Rhodes and split the parts in two sequences.  And so on. 

Funny thing about this production is that I recorded the violin and lute one day before I handed over the song for mastering. I always try to do something big. 
In the vocal mix all this different sound sources come together and build up very well behind the rapper. If I listen back to it on the instrumental some parts sound a little messy. 

Still more interesting then a lot of productions in hiphop these days I guess. At least from a musics perspective.
