Long Enough

I have always found comfort and pleasure in ambient music 🧘🏽‍♀️💤🌌
I had never attempted before to create an ambient(ish) mix until now ...

These past few months I have found myself increasingly drawn towards listening to ambient, ambient instrumental, psy-ambient, etc and have been adding these genres to my music collection. ✨

This is my first recording of this type.  I used my Pioneer controller and no software/computer to prearrange, cue, etc ... This is a raw, live, impromptu recording; it's me being in the moment.  It is also me sharing with you the journey this experience took me on and I hope you also find some beauty and peace in the compilation of these extraordinary musical compositions. 🎶💓🥰☮

With “Riding Our Bike”, STATION ROSE present a sonic expedition that moves between the poles of nature, electronics and emotional reflection. The single unfolds as an acoustic journey that explores both the mystical elements of nature and the dynamics and complexity of modern electronic music.
The sound aesthetic of this release is diverse and innovative. Minimalist structures and impressionistic soundscapes merge with dynamic, slightly aggressive beats that give the work an unmistakable energy. The rhythmic elements, which are often characterized by electronic percussion and complex drums, create a powerful tension that contrasts repeatedly with the soft, almost dreamy moments of the track.
The sitar-like electronic sounds that run through the track deserve special attention and lend the music a mystical, almost spiritual depth. These sounds are reminiscent of the free jazz tradition and form a fascinating dialog with the modern electronic textures. Yusef Lateef's influences are unmistakable in the way STATION ROSE explores acoustic boundaries and redefines the spaces between sound and silence.
At the heart of the track is Elisa Rose's unique voice, which permeates the work with emotional intensity. Her voice moves between fragile tones and powerful statements.
