D-Mental got influenced by electronic music in 2005! He decided to get involved into mixing and performing drum & bass in the middle of 2010! 

His first appearances as a DJ were at small parties around Sofia, Bulgaria.

In 2011 he got noticed by some other DJ's from the local scene and the audience. Since 2011 till nowadays he had numerous participation in club events and open airs too. 

In 2016 he won the annual mix contest of the oldest Drum&Bass festival on the Balkans - Broken Balkanz organized by H.M.S.U. each year.
