Tresor Records is fortunate enough to be sitting on a catalogue of past releases that no other label in electronic music would turn down.
Three of the finest in this collection were contributed by Surgeon "Basictonalvocabulary", "Balance" and "Force + Form", which all came out between 1997 and 1999.

Surgeon's inimitable combination of Detroit techno and post-industrial sounds emanating from his British homeland found its fullest expression in these masterful trio of releases.

Following the release of Surgeon's first album in 5 years "Crash Recoil" earlier in 2023, Tresor Records have decided that it is high time to give these seminal albums another airing.

For the steamy hot July weather, Entropy founder Nanogram invites his long-time friend from Boston, DJ and co-founder of the Boston-based techno collective Infra, and head of the record label Aerodynamics in Cambridge, Massachusetts - XOCE. Born in Mexico and raised in France, XOCE’s diverse background shapes the sounds he sculpts behind the decks. As a result, his unique sound encapsulates minimal beats, consistent abstraction, and precise rhythms.

Witch Trials will release his anticipated new EP CANNIBAL CULTURE on 18 September in the form of our second vinyl release. The upcoming EP spans genres and journeys between contemporary dance, electronic, house, and breakbeat - showcasing the progression and expansion of a standout artist continuing to evolve and reinvent his craft.

The new EP from Witch Trials delivers a time-travelling thrust of rave culture, melodic riffs and atmospheric beats that would work the dancefloor as hard as a solitary listener at home – experiencing the tracks in confinement.

About Witch Trials

London-based, American-born, and Irish-raised artist Omar O’Reilly goes under the alias Witch Trials and is a cult name many are familiar with, featuring on Dublin clubs show and Irish festival lineups over the years, while being one of the most sought-after Irish club photographers.

As a Producer, Musician, DJ, and record label owner, he has a DIY approach to materialising his work and continues to weave his heritage into creative practice irrespective of the medium or final form. Liarsenic is a Mexican Disc Jockey and Producer passionate for the audio. He was born and raised in the industrial city of Queretaro, place where he forged his musical taste and style, passing through an era of non-danceable music like hardcore, metal, trip hop, and dub reggae to name a few.

Inspired by the sound and culture of the early 00s and late 90s, Liarsenic launches his first material year 2021 on a mexican label, followed by a series of podcasts, remixes and original tracks that had evolved in sound and quality, but maintaining the energetic and percussive style that he has crafted along the years.

His work can be found in labels like Hynospital Sounds (Col), KPLR Label (Mex), TNR Media (Col), Ushuaia Music (Budapest) among other great techno labels.

In addition to his DJ Set, Liarsenic also runs the heavy duties on Pure Nrgy, a mobile dancefloor and techno music community established in Queretaro, Mexico since 2022.
