My debut self released bass track. This is what the grind has been for, and I only plan on going deeper from here. Thank you to everybody who has helped me get here with the encouragement, feedback, love, and support. PS: This is the final version of the track that was used by TVBOO himself in the Stuff Me Vol. III mix, and I'm ecstatic to be able to finally share it with the world :)

Not sure who will even read this, but sorry in advance for the wall of text. Anyway here we go...

After years and years of dreaming and wishing I could make my own music and only ever sporadically dabbling in production, I decided to make the most of the pandemic situation and start really learning how to get my ideas from my head to my DAW. At this point, I've been very hard on myself on whether or not I should release anything I've made because I've been putting way too much focus on how career producers are branding, marketing, and releasing their music. I didn't want to just toss projects out into the void until I felt that I was making music at the same quality as the professionals that I look up to (I still have such a long way to go lol). However, I've had the opportunity recently to talk about these feelings with my friends (looking at you TURCH, Unmuted Music, Liam White) and some really awesome people in some very amazing, production-focused discord communities (huge shout out to the Bunting Flock), and I am realizing now that I am taking this stuff way too seriously. As much as I'd love to make a living off of my music, I'd love even more to just connect with people and share my art with whoever wants to hear it. 

This is my second full track I ever wrote, and I've been hiding it for many months now. Due to my lack of DAW experience while I was making this, I corrupted the project file following this export and can no longer make changes or tweaks (dm me on discord if you want to know how I did that lol). Regardless, I choose this track to be a reminder to myself that I make music to express the parts of me that I can't put into words. If you've made it this far, please know that I truly appreciate and love you, and I'm immensely grateful that we can connect over this crazy art form we all call music.
