Summoning - Friendly party series, formed 4 years ago near Tbilisi. After throwing parties at Tbilisi’s finest clubs such as Drama Bar, Cafe Gallery, TES, Prague’s Wildt, Luzern’s Klub Kegelbahn and collaborating with finest names of local scene and likes of Dj Normal 4, Dj Playstation, DJ Spit, it has grown into podcast series and now proudly presents it’s first ever digital release with very first supporters, lineup members and good friends of the label: Generali Minerali & Rydeen, founders and infamous duo mates - Digital Groove Affair, flesh & soul of the label and emerging talent: Nikusha Kakoishvili and a very good friend, long time DJ & producer straight from the icy clear fjords of Norway - Kim Durbeck!

Having been a part of the label since its inception, Soft Collision's debut on Artificio continues the narrative begun with Imago, his contribution to the compilation Ficciones.   Asterismo is a collection of five spatial, subtly acid-tinged, electro-infused tracks meticulously constructed with evocative melodies and basslines.   From the eponymous opener to the bass-inflected «Conmoción», each track evolves organically, filling unseen voids with a harmonious blend of synth interactions and dynamic rhythms.

Wire Parasitism EP is inspired by the electronic music which was produced during the end of the 80’s and beginning of the 90s by the likes of Richard H. Kirk, Psychic TV, Coil, David Campbell or Lagowski (to name a few). Walid El Barbir uses his unique producing & sampling skills to create contemporary and industrial sounding compositions out of found footage like occult documentaries, rave stabs or Emax sound-libraries.

Walid El Barbir is a part of the collective Les Points based in Zürich, Switzerland. 
His art/music draws from 90's rave utopias, occultism, progressive & accessible frameworks as showcased at their offspace Mikro - 
a physical room which has no doors and opening times during exhibitions and raves - making an institution available to all social layers.

I spent a long time playing around with different bassline for this track... scrapped them all and eventually ended up with something a lot simpler.

I 'think' this was the first track I recorded with my newly acquired 808 (well Behringer rd-8 to be honest).
