Discovering drum & bass in her early adolescent years, Indi fell in love with the genre’s UK roots and immersed herself in the NZ underground scene. First picking up the headphones in 2016, she spent the next year socially mixing with local legend artists until relocating internationally to Perth, Western Australia. It wasn’t until 2020 when she fully returned to the decks, eventually surfacing as an aspiring artist in the local scene early 2021. 

Indi enjoys a variety of tempo and genres but will typically take you on a drum & bass journey of liquid, tech and classics blended together with heavy bassline rollers. Her A+ selection and unique style of mixing never fails to keep a diverse crowd engaged!

Nymfo presents Love For Low Frequencies ft. VOXI

The year is 2077. Society has collapsed under the control of a brutal dictatorship. The UK is a military state and all uprisings are suppressed. But one last bastion of resistance remains…through a network of squat raves and free parties…the Night Ravers Control The Underground.

‘The Night Ravers’ is the first release on Codename: RCRDS, the new label from Southampton-based jungle, 160 and atmospheric crew Codename: Amen. The release and label channel the energy of the 90’s rave era, pushing the sound forward into exciting new directions for 2023.

Moakz’s original mix marks a movement away from his previous atmospheric and jazz jungle releases, and towards his hardcore roots. Now complemented by storming remixes from the incredible RAVETRX (HooverSound, forthcoming Club Glow), and the release closes out with the superbly talented NonRev and rising star Cold Leader delivering innovative reworks, with this EP provides a marker of intent for the label and collective artists.

Future releases on Codename: RCRDS will continue to mine the Jungle / Hardcore / 160 and Atmospheric continuums, via a series of various artist releases commencing from May 2023.

Here's a brand new Bassic mix from one of our freshest recruits - Kyrist.

Over the last few years Kyrist has built up a reputation for her trademark style which mainly focuses on the darker and more tech-driven side of drum and bass, and in the process has seen her tunes included in the sets of some of the scenes most respected DJ's.

Labels such as Proximity, Nurtured Beatz, Vandal, Dutty Audio and of course Dispatch have been the foundation of Kyrist's success, and releases on those imprints coupled with her razor sharp mixing skills are the reason why she's so highly rated and heavily tipped as one for the future. However, people won't have to wait long to see what Kyrist has been up to in the studio recently with a Dispatch EP nearing completion and set for release later this year.
