So little in my life I’ve experienced such a perfect joyful moment like the one this track gives me at the perk between minute 1.30 and 3.00. Thank you. Every time I hear this, I feel so grateful, so inspired, so alive. This is one of the most powerful thing I ever get to experience from music.

I'm so so proud to share this latest batch of music with you guys. Each chef's story is meaningful in a different way and I'm thrilled that some of them belong to those who have been historically overlooked and/or mishandled.

Each episode of Chef's Table presents a unique challenge in finding a musical voice appropriate not only to place and scene, but also to the inexplicable dynamics of the human journey. In some cases it took genuine soul searching, more late nights than I care to admit, being plain old wrong and lots of heart to produce a worthy idea. But it's worth every drop of sweat if a story moves even a single person for a single minute, so thank YOU for searching this music out and for your attention :)

As Always I'd love to honor the musicians who make the pencil dance on the page. The Bratislava Symphony Orchestra was conducted by David Hernando Rico and the Symphonica Recording Orchestra was conducted by Vladimir Martinka.
