I've been searching pretty tirelessly for this track. It stuck out most to me throughout the entire season. Thanks for the lovely, inspiring music.

I am not sure this was the intention of the theme of this episode/arrangement. But it felt like if Willy Wonka all of sudden became serious and had a 3-star Michelin restaurant. Truly amazing. Such emotion and depth. This arrangement is by far the best thing I've seen in far too long. Why you're not far more popular is beyond me. Thank you for sharing your amazing gift.

I've been listening to this, as well as the rest of the Chef's Table stuff you've done, on replay since yesterday. I've been wondering what it was about the series that had me in tears at times, and I know now that a large part of it is the music! SO well done, so beautiful. <3

Like the Milky Way, it is a barred spiral galaxy, so-called for the bar-like structure formed by the stars in its center.

I'm so so proud to share this latest batch of music with you guys. Each chef's story is meaningful in a different way and I'm thrilled that some of them belong to those who have been historically overlooked and/or mishandled.

Each episode of Chef's Table presents a unique challenge in finding a musical voice appropriate not only to place and scene, but also to the inexplicable dynamics of the human journey. In some cases it took genuine soul searching, more late nights than I care to admit, being plain old wrong and lots of heart to produce a worthy idea. But it's worth every drop of sweat if a story moves even a single person for a single minute, so thank YOU for searching this music out and for your attention :)

As Always I'd love to honor the musicians who make the pencil dance on the page. The Bratislava Symphony Orchestra was conducted by David Hernando Rico and the Symphonica Recording Orchestra was conducted by Vladimir Martinka.
