Premiere: Structured Records presenta la continuación de su trabajo anterior, firmado por The Wire Alliance, titulado "Mathspace". El nuevo EP consta de 4 remezclas de Techno sólidas e impactantes, donde la diversidad dentro de cada track define a este disco de 12 pulgadas como la herramienta perfecta para prender fuego a la pista de baile. Silez, Swarm Intelligence, Rommek e Irrational Language se sumergen en un torbellino de drones, patrones rítmicos agresivos, líneas de bajo  y otros elementos sonoros que analizan creativa y profundamente las canciones originales. Un recopilatorio que por momentos recuerda al Birmingham de principios de los 2000, mientras que por otros inyecta un sonido más cercano al IDM, todo ello sin alejarse de su propia esencia: ejecución precisa del Techno, sin florituras ni pretensiones pero con mucha personalidad y una dirección clara, para proporcionar material atemporal para los DJs más exigentes.

Premiere: Structured Records presents the continuation of their previous work, signed by The Wire Alliance, titled "Mathspace." The new EP consists of 4 solid and impactful Techno remixes, where the diversity within each track defines this 12-inch as the perfect tool to set the dancefloor on fire. Silez, Swarm Intelligence, Rommek, and Irrational Language dive into a whirlwind of drones, aggressive rhythmic patterns, exquisite basslines, and other sonic elements that creatively and deeply dissect the original songs. A compilation that at times sounds reminiscent of early 2000s Birmingham, while at other times injects a sound closer to IDM, all without straying from its own essence: precise Techno execution, without frills or pretensions but with a lot of personality and a clear direction—to provide timeless material for the most demanding DJs.

“WOMB” marks OTTOMAN GRÜW’s first long format release and debut release on @x-img. This seven track album seamlessly integrates his varied influences, showcasing his adeptness at traversing the expansive possibilities of Industrial inspired electronic music. Ominous atmospheres and rhythms cross between EBM, Techno, Electropunk and Ambient, with infectious vocal elements found throughout. The album also features collaborations with like minded artists such as Prophän, Incendie and Lvcerate.

The idea behind “WOMB” stems from the enigmatic relationship we cultivate with the divine - especially in our times of global sorrow, where faith wavers or seems elusive. The layer of noise by which every track is surrounded echoes the yearning of souls adrift. This spiritual disquiet is mirrored by the album’s sonic exploration of body horror, dissecting the vulnerability of our physical existence while reflecting the pervasive anxiety of our own impermanence. Where do we go when we dissolve?

Chicago-based experimental multidisciplinary artist Pedrolino has been producing music and organizing events for the past 10 years, releasing music over the last five years under names like Pedrolino, Baka, and performing as DJ Chainsawman and Holey Head. They have released music on labels such as Soil, Shi Shi, Forkha, OSM Tapes, and Northern Industrial Movement. Pedrolino’s productions are brutal and uncompromising, favoring complexity while avoidingoverly intellectual posturing. “The goal has always been to create art that we can live in—a work that addresses us as much as we address it, connecting on an undeniably human level”.

Following last years remix of ‘System’ with Tiz East, Simkin returns to All Centre with ‘Toxin’ the second dose of his infectious hybridized club sound.

On the title track he picks up where he left off, riffing on the tropes of techno and club styles with ease and continuing to set the pace for what’s to come. Sprawling high pitched FX fly overhead veering in all directions whilst a cavernous chord pins down the tracks chugging beat as it lurches forward.

B-side ‘Anarres’ begins with an assured combination of deep 4x4 kicks and industrious percussion that are later joined by an angelic haunting melody and a picked bass line. As the track glides along further drums begin to syncopate, locking the listener deeper into a phantom breakbeat groove.

Toxin is available across all platforms from the 6th of March.

To celebrate the label’s second anniversary we’ve enlisted a crew of friends and family to put together a compilation which looks to consolidate the sound that the label has honed so far and envision where it’s headed in the future.

Additionally our in-house artist Bette Blanchard has created 8 artworks responding to the compilation, which have been riso printed on A3 to go in the home or studio <3
