This is my first official and original release, a major milestone in my journey as a music producer. I was inspired to create a track that fused my love of orchestral instruments with that classic progressive house anthem vibe.

I performed this special 2-hour set at the RIZE x Switch SF Pride Party, and it was honestly one of my favorite sets to put together. I wanted to take the audience on a journey that also showcases some of my more high energy DJing style and my identity as a queer and Asian electronic music artist.

The Chainsmokers & Illenium - Takeaway (DNZA Remix)

I was immediately drawn to this song when I first heard it in "The Greatest Showman." The underlying theme of taking a chance to be out and open even though society deems it wrong or unacceptable (in the movie's case, it's a forbidden relationship due to race and class) especially resonates with my own life journey, and I wanted to reflect that journey with my own uplifting re-imagination of it.

20 To 30 Livestream (Birthday Mix + Debut DJ Set) - 8/4/2020

I performed this set for a streaming event a few friends and I put together on October 24, 2020 to get out the vote for the upcoming elections. 

Asian Americans represent one of the fastest growing minority groups in America, and in line with the theme of voter representation, I only used tracks, mashups, and remixes produced by or in collaboration with Asian producers, including a few of my own! :)
