The thirteenth edition of the podcast and its guest @do_mm - a DJ and producer from San Jose - the capital of sunny Costa Rica. His mixes are incredibly energetic and constantly grooving, so in three years in electronic music, Dominick has become one of the most promising DJs on the national scene, proving himself in genres such as Deep House, Acid House, Minimal, Detroit Techno and Trance. His sets were played in the top places of Costa Rica, and his tracks and mixes were released on foreign labels such as Papaya (Netherlands) and Noir Fidelity Records (Germany).

Dominick Young is a Costa Rican-born DJ and Producer with a musical background that sprouts from the early age of 7 through his bass and an early introduction by his father to a wide number of genres such as Hip-Hop, Rap, Disco, Soul and Reggae. Exploring different areas and experiences, he manages to establish himself in subgenres within electronic music such as Deep House, Acid House, Chicago House, Minimal/Micro, Detroit Techno, Trance and Afro House since 2019.

Known for his high-energy sets and constant groove, he navigates a wide range of sounds and frequencies that provide a unique experience and that have cemented a status as one of the great upcoming prospects in the national electronic music scene, performing in venues such as Antik, Avalon, Selvática, Casa Felix and more. This range is also transmitted in his productions that have been published on international labels such as Noir Fidelity Records (Berlin) and Impresión (Miami).

This versatility has allowed him to share decks with extraordinary national and international talents such as Iglesias, Bassel Darwish, Catz n’ Dogz, Pig & Dan, KEENE, Ben Rau, David Mayer, Guti, Hector Oaks, James Andrew, Chus, Rendher, Julio Victoria, Julia Govor, Valdovinos, Till Von Sein, Ces Castro, Fredo Cortez, Paul Wolsch, María Wabe, Richard Salazar, Mel Souler, Sean Hulse, Ricardo Argómaniz, DoNot, among others.
