Mysterious Magic of Fall

Dear friends, listeners and simply casual visitors, I am extremely glad to see you again here. 

With pleasure I represent the second work with the maestro of the instrumental weakening music, Alexey "Sonic Scope" Tolchin (http://promodj.com/Sonic.Scope)! 

Now fall, so, time for traditional magic transformation. This time when the nature tired of violence of summer variety, gradually dumps from itself a motley blanket of living creatures and foliage, showering with the fading grass with variety of paints. 

Soon everything around absolutely will stand in a fine winter dream for now it didn't come, let's include imagination and we will admire that around! 
For the real judges - write down music in a player or phone and walk on the wood or park - and then you will become part of this Autumn Magic. 

Traditionally, besides a collaboration, I attach also information on a technical aspect and mini-interview to the coauthor (see it at http://pdj.cc/fnp2G).

Уважаемые друзья, слушатели и просто случайные посетители, крайне рад видеть Вас снова здесь. 

С радостью представляю вторую по счёту работу с маэстро инструментальной расслабляющей музыки, Алексеем "Sonic Scope" Толчиным (http://promodj.com/Sonic.Scope) ! 

Сейчас осень, а значит, время для традиционного волшебного преображения. Это время, когда природа, уставшая от буйства летнего многообразия, постепенно сбрасывает с себя пёстрое одеяло живности и листвы, осыпая завядающую травку многообразием красок.

Gelka - Empathy

With this song ”Auguri” we send you all “the best wishes” and we hope you’ll join us in this project.
When John returned from a “jam session weekend” with members of Revival and many others, he was very motivated and started writing new songs, which he already released some of them.
Right after that weekend he heard Luciano Gavini’s song Auguri played on Radio Universal during the ultimate instrumental show, and immediately he wanted to re-produce it into a version done by “Euphoriqa & The Orchestra”, to be able to play Luciano’s song for a live audience (with real orchestral instruments accompanied with a band next year).
Luciano gave John full permission to go ahead, and John re-arranged the instruments and created new harmonies, and when he was done, first send it to Luciano for his approval, for Luciano this was now “Their” song.
Then John & Matt created the proper “real” instruments for the new arrangements, but noticed that some of them needed to be played by a keyboard to keep the song sounding the way it was intended.
Unfortunately members of “The Orchestra” couldn’t join us in time for this project, but they will next year.

Now due to the current situation in the world, we wanted to release this song anyway, and we hope we can do a mass collab with other talents on SC and FB, so if you are a specialist in playing a specific instrument, and you would like to join us in this project, please contact us, maybe we will still be able to finish this song to send all the good wishes and love to the rest of the world on the coming holidays.
If you have a great melody that could fit on a piano, violin, cello, guitar, flute, sax or voice etc. you’re most welcome to join us.
If so write us a message with your email address to our inbox on SC or the messenger on FB with your details, and we’ll send you all needed details asap.

For me personally Auguri means more then “the best wishes”, it means love, respect and care too, something our world is in need for at this moment, obviously destructing forces think they rule the world, and all in God’s name, well you’re wrong, GOD is LOVE, not fear, hate and war.
Love, respect, care and compassion will conquer all, without it the world is doomed and depreciated.
Hopefully the massive glow and feel from us all in the world of this “LOVE” will conquer and send the right message to everybody, that’s why I used this cover (from Sammie van Leeuwen) with the heart coming out of the water, as a symbol that everybody understands, no matter what language they speak.

Technical inside:
After re-arranging Luciano’s tracks and creating the harmonies, John and Matt multilayered all their instruments so the song would maintain it’s specific sound and feel like the original song.
We also wanted to give this version a sort of ProgRock / SymphonicRock feel to it, to make it possible that our band Euphoriqa could play it together with The Orchestra.
The most difficult thing was replace the synth sounds of Luciano’s original, so we decided that the sounds which couldn’t be played by real instruments, would be played by a keyboard anyway.
While working on this song in the studio, many people came to listen silently, and it made them want to dance, which was the best compliment for any musician, and people loved it immediately 
This was a real challenge for us both, but hopefully you’ll  enjoy it just as much as Luciano did when he heard this mix, and after some adjustments Luciano suggested, we now want you all to enjoy it too, and we really hope that many other talents will join us on this song before the coming holidays on a mass SC collab.

A short story long as a sort of spiritual reminiscence. 

So close your eyes and I want to give you an image that we're going to be working with. And I want you to IMAGINE that you are walking into a forest. A beautiful forest. And you are by yourself. And it's misty and it's quiet and you come upon a well. A beautiful well. And you approach it. And you look down and there is water. Clear, beautiful water - the water of your soul but you, you don't know that yet. 
But the well is calling you. It's, there is something in it that almost is refreshing you, your face, your whole body is, you breathe it, that mist is actually coming into your consciousness, into your head. Mit unserer heutigen Nummer 114 präsentieren wir euch eine fantastische Afterhour vom Berliner DJ-Urgestein Madmotormiquel. 

Aufgewachsen ist Michi in den wilden 80er Jahren in West-Berlin. Ganz früh war für ihn klar --- Musik ist mein Ding. Beeinflusst von Punk-Rock und US Punk der späten 80er Jahre war ihm schnell klar das Musik-Genre-Grenzen nichts für ihn sind. Seine große Leidenschaft zum Hip-Hop ebnete dann auch den Weg zu den ersten elektronischen Produktionen.  Am Anfang mehr ein Party-DJ mit allen Genres die im so unterkamen, so entwickelte sich sein Stil im Laufe der Zeit mehr und mehr hin zum Techno und House. Erlebnisse wie seine erste Fusion Anfang 2000 entführten ihn dann endgültig in die wilde Party-Szene Berlins. Als Teil des Party-Kollektivs Bachstelzen veränderte er die Party-Szene Berlins mit aufwändigen Partys in Off-Locations nachhaltig. 

Seit 2006 fing er dann an seine eigenen Produktionen äußerst erfolgreich erst auf diversen Net-Labels zu veröffentlichen. Im Jahre 2010 folgte dann das erste Release zusammen mit Sebo und Nayan Soukie auf Sasse’s Label Mood Music.  Zusammen mit Sebo und Soukie&Windish gründete er dann 2010 das Label URSL-Records das sich schnell zum Aushängeschild des Berlin-Sounds entwickelte. 

Durch sein ganz spezielles Gefühl für den Dance-Floor ist Michi weltweit ein gefragter Mann hinter den Decks. Ob USA, Südamerika, Australien oder Afrika Burn … Michi ist da zu finden wo gute Partys entstehen, wie heute z.B. auf dem Feel-Festival ;-)

Auch gerade seine Podcasts haben es uns in den letzten Jahren sehr angetan. Den heutigen Podcast für Afterhour Sounds schickte er uns mit den Worten „istn bisschen länger und spezieller geworden“ was wir nur unterstreichen können … er läuft hier seit Tagen in der Dauerschleife. Michi vielen lieben Dank für deine Liebe zur Musik und dieses 2stündige Meisterwerk. Aber nun genug der Worte … liebe Hörer freut euch mit uns zusammen auf 2 Stunden Madmotormiquel in Reinform.
