Born and raised in Chicago’s Englewood community, DJ Doc, aka Clarence Hosea, is a DJ, producer and re-mixer who became interested in music at the age of six. As a result of this curiosity, he developed his craft in his parents’ basement using a Realistic tape player and a Board of Education record player. 
His influences was DJ and producer, Farley Keith Williams who was a member of the Hot Mix 5 DJ team, appeared at the Warehouse club and had residency at the Playground. 
During his thirty years as a DJ he has covered various styles and genres, although his passion is and will always be house music. His accomplishments include Blazeline Entertainment, multiple albums on ITunes, Amazon, Rhapsody, Spotifly and E Music. 
His latest projects included DJ Doc presents Disco Demand Volume 1, House People the Album Volume 2 and Edit Addictz the Album Volume 1. He is currently affiliated with the Status 1 Djs and you can always find him diligently working in the studio.
