'The Dutch upcoming artist Colyn (@colynmusic) is the one who puts a stamp on the third EP of Infinite Depth. With two spacey and great mixed originals he laid more than a good foundation for the remixers. The title track ‘Passengers’ got remixed by the French brothers Esoteric Circle (@esotericircle) and the second original ‘Orbital Hypnosis’ got infused by the one and only Erly Tepshi (@erlyofficial).  

With the first track ‘Passengers’ the EP immediately starts off pretty determined. Soon the firm kick gets accompanied by a some pounding drums and well placed spacey synths, sounding like passengers finding their way through our universe chased by those thrilling drum sounds. 

Esoteric Circle managed to take the thrilling part of the original to a higher level with their remix. The spacey synths are making place for an appealing melody which increases the tension. This tension holds on till the very end of the track.

After being in a continuous state of space and tenseness the third track ‘Orbital Hypnosis’ adds some euphory. With its compelling break and hypnotical plucks it keeps you in a higher state of mind.  

Erly Tepshi’s remix takes you even a little bit higher by using this compelling melody as main flow through his remix. Only this flow makes some unexpected changes at the points Erly injected his typical, sometimes even distorted, plucked synths. With a heavy a breakdown almost at the end of the track this remix brings the EP to an end.'

Montreal producer Deric Frey makes his debut on Plaisirs Sonores Records by delivering a quality release with two super ethereal tracks. On remix duty, Strinner, who already released on great labels like Steyoyoke, Click Records and Timeless, remixes Interstellar Highway adding weight and more dynamic pattern to the beat. Progressive House master Michael A put his own touch on Weather Modification by creating a groovy version of the track.

Marino first got our attention with a tune called ‚Can’t feel‘ a few years back. We played that track for ages, followed him since then and his music always found a way into our sets. Since we started the Siamese label he was always on the wish list to make a record for us and after his successful debut on the latest ‚Siamese Anthology‘ EP we can finally reveal a full EP from Marino Canal.

The title track ‚A Fire In The Sun‘ has been a permanent tool for us since we got it. It is changing the mood especially in the first part of our sets, letting us go many directions after it. It‘s calm but powerful, emerges suddenly but then goes back to its steady groove.

‚Her Perfect Sky‘ is Adrian Schweizer‘s favourite and was featured in the recent and highly anticipated Cercle set we played right in the French Alps. It did fit perfectly to the surrounding and we really had the perfect sky that day.

Next up is ‚White Atlas‘ which reminds us a bit of the minimal era. There have been a few tracks back then which had enormous depth and warmth and this one goes a bit into this direction, with a catchy but darkish melody.

‚Distant Borders‘ marks the perfect finish for us, a nicely moody track that doesn’t try to steal the show but works in its own way.

He's one of the thriving forces in Istanbul's floorishing nightlife, a mainstay in the national electronic music scene for almost two decades, a DJ, a producer, a trained sound-engineer, a co-label owner but foremost an artist, whose music hits the zeitgeist. Carefully selected and well-produced releases on labels such as Innervisions, Isolate and Multinotes granted Murat Uncuoglu worlwide recognition and put the artist into the scene's spotlight. As his 'Trees Of Light' EP is about to be released as early as the end of March on renowned Italian label Multinotes, Murat sat down with Torture the Artist to speak about the local electronic music scene, the role of his family for his career in the music business, his newly co-founded label Isolate and, of course, his upcoming EP.

Then boom… In come those breakbeats and lift you higher and higher. Instant uplift, watches set to hug o’clock, goosebumping all the way back home. This one is special.

The remixes are, too; Tom Demac brings his absolute A game with a chunkier UK feel to the broken groove and a humungous, warm analog bassline, Edu translates it into a sensual tale of dark, misty four-by-fourplay while rising Italian duo Fideles close the show with a thumping warehouse shaking 3am special. Moody, pensive and uncurling in its sense of drama. 

One exceptional original, three creative versions, another reminder that few labels fuse indie songwriting and techno’s dark dynamics in the way Edu’s label does. So Fayer, so good.

Solomun is a big supporter of Space Motions tracks and for this one it is not different as he banged peoples brains out at Printworks London a few weeks ago with this one!

The EP starts off with Dolphin, a big tune with a forceful break and a dynamic lead synth followed by a typical Space Motion drop.
This will be without doubt the next big room anthem and a festival hit for this summer.

Scream, the second track on this EP, combines groovy drums with hypnotizing airy synths, building up into a dance-floor-wrecking drop. 

To finish off Nico Morano remixed Scream, adding a whole new dimension to the track with a catchy bass-line and dissonant melodies.
