It was all D's idea, really. She pointed out how much he hated the Throat Singing; when I figured how much he might like the theme music from one of his favourite games, it seemed only natural that she should then move to suggest someone doing something about shoving the musics into each other to make a spiritually geeky occasion of it and hopefully put the wind up him for his birthday. They were probably about to break into some soppy honeymoon song for us when we jumped in and asked them if they knew any James Brown. The look on the singer's face when he heard this!! He leant forward, asked "are you ready?!" then belted out the funniest version of the song either of us has heard...hilarious, and brilliant!
