Texas State University has posted two jobs in the math department and would like to hire two professors with a commitment to &ldquo;education equity&rdquo; and &ldquo;social justice.&rdquo; Doc and Kal want to know why &ldquo;being really good at math&rdquo; isn&rsquo;t enough to get the job done. The posting also noted that professors &ldquo;from historically underrepresented groups are strongly encouraged to apply.&rdquo;
