FNQ's Bob Walker left no stone unturned when he took on this remix.  Working from multi-track, Bob carefully rearranged the entire production, shifting the tempo down to 111 BPM and bringing all the best parts of the track up in the mix. Arranged in Logic - a major amount of reconstruction of the arrangement took place with a hint of additional production that does this classic justice.  Bob left us on December 3 2012 after putting up a very brave fight against Cancer.  I spent a quality week with him in hospital before he passed and his dying wish was to hear this classic remastered.  He got his wish - thanks to Melbourne's mastering guru - Tony 'Jack the Bear' Mantz.  RIP Bobby - this one's up, as you wanted.

 D.J. / Remix & Music producer / Sound Designer, Doctor Soul started to play music during his childhood days. In the 80’s he learned Bass and played in Indie Soul & Funk bands for the local scene. He was an active collector of LP’s and 12 – inch in Rock/ Jazz Funk/ Fusion/ Soul/ Funk/ Disco & Brazilian bands.
In 1987  he started Dj’ing in parties as well as on Radio Shows in the Bordeaux area, at that time the Acid Jazz phenomenon started to become the big thing. He became a professional Dj in the early 90’s and he explored more into Hip Hop, with fellow Rap acts such as “Iam” among others as well as in Soul Funk music and New Jack Swing…
In 1993, he recorded and co-produced his first track “Un Style Funky” on the now defunct “Double Zero” label under a Funk & Hip Hop collective and in 1994 he released “La Preuve Par Funk” in the Acid Jazz/ Funk genre. Doctor Soul became more involved in the soul scene and did the warm up for live bands such as the British combo “Izit” he also held a residency in a club (Le Senechal) in Bordeaux from 1994 to 1998. Many years later he held a residency from 2013 till 2014 at “Luncha” in Paris. Meanwhile, being close to the Bordeaux Hip Hop, Soul & Funk scene he collaborated with Tribal Jam wich was the first french New Jack Swing band.
On the musical production side, he has collaborated with many artists and bands from diverse genres even in Jazz, bringing production remixes for the likes of legendary Tania Maria, Jeff Cascaro, Mandoo & Interview to name just a few!
His own musical releases are deeply rooted in disco and funk territory with a modern sonic production touch that can grab attention from the younger generation, as well as from the elder who like to be reminded of the 80’s dance floor culture.
Since 2018 he has been hosting a monthly show on RapTz Radio and on the late night dream.com while doing Dj sets for The House Theory Radio Show, The Midnight Riot Radio, and Disko Knights.
DoctorSoul´s tracks are released on the London based MIDNIGHT RIOT record label, the Berlin based TOO SLOW TO DISCO record label and have reached many times the #1 places in worldwide Disco charts. 
They are  played by numerous very famous known DJs around the world such as: DJ Supermarkt, Ashley Beedle, Lenny Fontana,Mannix Kling, The House Theory Team, DJ White, Tony Griffin, Disko Knight, Humberto Galvàn, Crème De Coco, Jack Tennis, Ursula 1000, Yam Who?, ChuggingEdits, Limpodisco, Ruff Diamond, Disco Daze, Lego Edit, or Rob Hardt from The Cool Million team…
