Dodi Palese is back on Revox after the great Ep 'It's Just A Matter of Beats'! This time Dodi introduce his dopest side to us with 'Rolling Spaces', a deep enchanting track which condense in a little bit more than seven minutes an incredible journey beyond time and space... try to listen the entire track from the beginning to see what we mean! Dodi's mate and man of Salento, Santorini delivers an authentic masterpiece of a remix underlining the Deep Space atmosphere that permeates the original... a mix that will not fail to provide deep emotional feeling on the dancefloor. Jay Tripwire also gives his help with two mixes that exploring the mid and up-tempo sides of contemporary electronic music. Both versions are focused on the fluctuating chords but through different beats and basslines Jay creates two perfect remixes for the most demanding djs. 'Rolling Spaces' definitely represents a step further in Dodi's vision and contributes to confirm him on the map of the most interesting artists to keep an eye to for this 2012!

Growing up with a father who ran a radio station instilled an eclectic musical ethic in Dodi from an early age, giving him a strong foundation from the very start. For many years, he was a core resident at various clubs in Southern Italy, where he would often perform marathon sets—up to eight hours long—exploring a wide range of genres. This formative experience allowed him to master the art of guiding a dance floor through an unpredictable yet fulfilling journey that transcends conventional genre boundaries. 
Dodi describes himself as an artist devoted to eclecticism as a form of self-expression. In a recent interview, he elaborated on his unique approach: “I started DJing more than 20 years ago,  and from the beginning, I was drawn to blending different genres and sounds. DJs play a crucial role in sharing music with people. I listen to a lot of music daily, which helps keep my perspective broad during the music production process. I enjoy experimenting and avoid being confined by classifications, even though it can be risky since the audience may not always know what to expect. But for me, it’s the only way to make music—I have to enjoy it first and foremost.” In addition to his DJ career, Dodi runs the label Engrave Ltd alongside his friend Musumeci, further contributing to his diverse and dynamic musical journey.
