Inspired by a surreal dream sequence of a fenced off forest and a hologram of plants rapidly sprouting their filament roots at my face (making me scream). We wrote this about queer discovery & being repressed as kids in church. Our rainbow prayer is to heal from the oppressions we face as queer people of colour, (intensified by the pandemic) by giving & receiving community care, and attaining self-acceptance. We pray for queer people worldwide, not the homophobic version of God we were taught growing up. Pollen & Dopamine would be great playlist fits.
