fakename is a producer and beatmaker who has been on the scene since 2010. Part of the Senju Collective, he creates crunchy lo-fi hiphop beats as in his new EP Day by day which ‘Solitude’ is extracted from. 'To Bend is to force or to direct anything into a new kind of shape, it can be also a transformation process where we find ourselves doing something over and over again until it gets the form or result we pretend.'

Bending is the first part from these three series of compilations (Bending, Breaking and Blending) that we're currently developing as we intend to be  featuring and compiling musical compositions from different artists all around the world, we're growing a community group (currently working on facebook you can find us by searching 'slowhabits and friends') with the intention of getting artists to know each others work and to have the chance to collaborate on the projects we're currently developing. Bending is mostly our first attempt on discovering music that resonates with soul, that has the ability to relax both mind, body and spirit as our daily lives may get stressful sometimes, music can really become some kind of therapy to those who listen to it and those who make it aswell.
We hope that you have a good listening moment and mostly that you can find inside a deeper meaning for what really means to bend all the energies we have surrounding us, for what really motivates us to keep moving further and to never give up on our beliefs.
