‘The Chase’ begins with driving drums, a hypnotic bassline and haunting adlibs eventually developing into a full striking vocal from Kisch. The house music veterans are truly back to their best with early support from Pete Tong on BBC Radio 1.

Expect to hear a lot more of ‘The Chase’ this summer as The Shapeshifters announce their ninth consecutive year at Pacha Ibiza plus Glitterbox at Space Ibiza alongside Fatboy Slim and Tensnake.

CALIPPO is back! The swiss shooting star took a short creative break to work out this huge 3 track EP. His signature house sound set trends in the last 2 years and his name became synonyme for quality music. ASTONIA is the title track of the EP: A groovy house smasher with laid-back chord progressions and subtle chosen vocal chops, all surrounded by knocking beat patterns and crispy percussions. Another club gem is I JUST GO CRAZY that convinces with analoge synth licks in the breakdowns, modern UK garage vocals and a melodic drop. With the 3rd track PLAYING GAMES the artist delivers a nice blend of club house and modern electronica all in one track. The touchy melody licks stand out, as well as the female choir vocals that carry the breakdown and lead into a fantastic club bass drop that will for sure do its damage on the dance floors.

Le tendenze dei suoni house negli ultimi due anni portano la sua firma ed il suo nome è divenuto sinonimo di musica di qualità. ASTONIA è il brano che da il titolo all’EP: un gran pezzo house con progressioni di accordi rilassati e tenui vocals selezionati, a cui fanno da contorno beat ritmati e vivaci percussioni. I JUST GO CRAZY è un nuovo gioiello club, con riff di synth analogici nei breakdown, vocals moderni dal gusto “UK garage” ed un drop melodico. Con il terzo brano, PLAYING GAMES, l’artista ci regala un bel mix di club house e musica elettronica moderna: tutto in un unico brano. Spiccano i delicati fraseggi melodici, così come i cori di voci femminili che sostengono i breakdown e conducono ad un fantastico drop club di basso che farà sicuramente colpo sui dance floor!
