I made this some time ago to work through some tough emotions. I'm getting over them and I'm going to be okay, but I just wanted to say this to anyone reading: 
Times may will get hard when you believe you are alone. You may breakdown and think the whole world is against you. But it's not true. Always remember that you are never truly alone. It may be hard to realize, I know, but there are people who care about you. There will always be people who are there to help you when times are hard, even when you don't think there is. I know from experience, so trust me when I say if you stick it out through the anxiety and tough times, you will get to experience how beautiful and joyous life can be.
