Goombah Jam

This is the latest song from the album Wou-Wou & the Wormling, Stricknice, Bitzone, and I have been working on. Like all the rest of the songs in the set, this one began during the start of the pandemic and reflects the changes in political perspective that were happening in society, and continue to this day. And, as with the other songs, I started this song with an unreleased demo from Wou-Wou and created a 1 minute outline which I then often passed on to a guest collaborator. When it came time to fully work on the track, I expanded on the original idea, along with the guest collaborator stems, until a full song was arranged. I then passed the bones and organs of the song to Stricknice and Bitzone to add any additional muscles and flesh they believed in until it was finished. I am so blessed to work with Wou-Wou, Bitzone, Stricknice, and all the guest collaborators on this inspired set, that one day will be complete. 

May everyone find something authentic to themselves to believe in.

This track all started with the bass guitar and I built everything else around it. 
I wanted to keep the track as raw as possible with two guitars, bass and drums. 
I called it Serpentine because the bass is weaving and pulsing throughout the track.

I’ve been seriously obsessed with this song by Jeanne Added, I just can't get it out of my head. I've been listening to it on repeat for months and singing it all day long in three different styles: mentally when someone is within 3 meters, humming when people are around but not too close, and singing my lungs out when I’m alone in the house or car. Or at least when I think I am…

One day, I parked at the supermarket and wouldn’t get out of the car until the song ended. I was singing out loud with way too much passion and wild body language when I realized someone was parked next to me, laughing his head off at the spectacle! 

After many tries and retries, I finally managed to get this cover done. Now I can finally move on with my life… :) Thanks for listening! (hope with headphones)

Dolbania - The Mushroom Signal

This recording is an overdubbing of my guitar on the work "Taking It Back feat. IPG" of "Paploviante".

When I first heard this work on the "IPG1" page, I still didn't understand how wonderful it was. I realized that when I heard "Lillithe" make it into a work. I once again admired the musical talent of "Lillithe". I thought there was no room for me to get in there. But that wasn't the end of the story. This is because "Paploviante", a partner of "Lillithe", finished it in another work. The work was also a wonderful finish. As I listened to it many times, one day I suddenly began to wonder, "I think this is blues." I chose a blues three-code that matches the work of "Paploviante". I checked whether the scale derived from it fits the Vocal of "IPG1". It matched exactly. The three chords are introduced below, so if you are practicing playing the guitar, please play the guitar with our recording.Please take this opportunity to check the relationship between the blues chord progression and the blue note scale.

Glass and concrete are so intertwined with the neural network of their inhabitants that a kind of symbiosis is obtained, reaching parasitism of one above the other. A small person has a choice: to be free or to become a link in this system, having realized this choice, the choice as such ceases to exist.

Dolbania was founded in January 2008 by two friends and a cat - lovers of good heavy music. Then a gloomy Gothic composition was recorded on the poems of I.V. Goethe on an acoustic guitar and synthesizer.
In the first year of her existence, she was in a creative search, with an admixture of depression. We searched for inspiration at abandoned industrial facilities and in listening to a huge amount of music. We fucked for a long time and a year later we finally decided on the style that you can currently hear in our songs.
