 France’s most successful Dark Electro band is back with its sixth studio album! The name is deceptive: "A Silence In My Life" is everything else but quiet, full of powerful EBM basslines, addictive synthesizer melodies, aggressive distorted vocals and mighty industrial beats.

DOLLS OF PAIN have placed another mile stone on the big wall of dark electro without using the usual standards. This new album brings up new dimensions within the genre and a stunning amount of creativity!

For DOLLS OF PAIN there’s no more reason to hide from bands like suicide commando, GRENDEL or Hocico Official. The quality of their productions has increased steadily year by year since the creation of the trio in 2003 in the course of their countless international live shows.

The 15 new songs by this french music factory have each their own character and the delight they give is comparable to a mature red wine from the homeland of these gifted musicians. All the sounds used for the composition were recorded at the Bendorf's brewery, Strasbourg. Subsequently, the brewers created a beer with the taste of the track. Synesthesia my love!

    The band has been created in February 2003 by Olivier and Cedric. The singer (Laurent) and the guitarist (Stephane) have reached the band several months after the first title creation.

    The band has joined early 2005 the swiss label Urgence Disk Record and released their first album.

    Dolls of Pain proposes an original music (sic!), a blend of each member influences.
    In July 2009 Stéphane leaves the band, the line up was changed. Olivier leaves keyboards on stage (continuous in studio) to rage in the guitar and Nicolas, an old friend, of the band arrives at stage keyboards.

    This new line up gives more punch on stage and opens new perspectives.

    Since 2004, Dolls of Pain have toured more than 70 times in France, Belgium, Switzerland, UK, Netherland, Luxembourg and Germany.
    After three albums and three free on-line compilations of remix published by Urgency Disk Records and A-R-P, whose latest one is Cybersex taken out in 2009, DOLLS OF PAIN just arrived to Advoxya Records and released the EP Strange Kiss and the album The Last Conflict.

2 years after the release of their "The Last Conflict" Dolls Of Pain is back with 11 new tracks on "Déréliction" album.
With this 5th album the French band continues its way with a sound mixing of dark electro, dark wave and crossover music. The sound of Dolls Of Pain is still there and you cant resist to dance again and again..
Dolls Of Pain takes us to country of amorous feeling. A vast subject, full of love, lies, doubt and jealousy or hurt feelings.
Feelings of sickness, wistfuiness and questioning flow through the lyrics of this opus, released for celebration of TEN years of the band.
This new album will be released with the collaboration of Advoxya Records into a classic full album format and as limited edition box-set (7inch vinyl with 2 exclusive tracks + remix-cd, some goodies).
Dolls Of Pain meets you on tour during the end of 2013 to introduce you their new tracks.
