Vril is still a relatively little known artist but already he has some great accolades to his name: He has released a couple of great EPs on Giegling sub label Staub, had a track on Marcel Fengler's Berghain mix, Dettmann's Conducted and now appears with the 103rd release on Delsin. What he serves up is three titanic techno tracks designed with maximum dancefloor damage in mind.

So big are these productions that we got a message back from that well known mastering company in germany. For some mystified causes some of our expensive equipment was crashing during the mastering session (!). They’ve been mastering records since over 20 years and that has never happened before like this.

The Vortekz EP starts with the title track and it's a dramatic bit of big room techno with nerve gangling chords and plenty of sonic grit. The dub version is slower and more purposeful and is buried in a much wider, deeper groove that snakes more than stomps. Finally comes 'y7/10', which rocks back and forth in the same rusted loop as percussion flutters like tin foil in a stormy wind. The track flows an ever-higher arc of tension that eventually erupts into a sea of analogue fuzz and hiccupping techno beats.

One year ago Elisa Batti and Jorge Fons met up to record an improvised live set that started with the whole idea. We wanted to share something different; when you listen, you can feel fresh and new sounds, always with the view I have for Wabi Sabi, immersion. 

To give the album a full range of fresh and original sounds, Elisa and Jorge crafted five tracks that move from ambient to more minimal, beautiful and energetic music. And one of those tracks is an uncut slice of that improvised live set they recorded, spontaneous, exactly as it happened.

Yūgen is our invitation to dive in, notice the little surprises, and lose yourself in sound. We hope it feels as alive to you as it did during their live recording in the studio.

Amniote Editions resurfaces with the HbA capsule, a dual release pairing the debut album from @hasvat-informant and his Intellagama moniker with a 21-track digital compilation, that coils through ambient, IDM, experimental, techno, trance and beyond. 

Hasvat Informant’s debut album, Pluripotent XII, is a 12-track journey that reads between the lines of psychedelic electronics and contemporary techno. From driving, precise grooves to slow, textured explorations, the album carries the organic resonance of Australian underground culture while threading sharp influences from Detroit and beyond into a singular, unmistakably distinctive sound. 

On this dual release, Naarm-based artist alternates between his Hasvat and Intellegama personas, moving between them like a figure navigating parallel realities. Each track balances mechanical precision with expansive, trance-infused textures, creating a liminal space where urban and natural influences converge.

More than a display of technical skill, this debut conveys a sense of place, heritage, and lineage. Dwelling in both conflict and harmony, Pluripotent XII invites listeners into an otherworldly, lysergic landscape — complex, evolving, and fully realized.

Amniote Editions acknowledges this EP was produced  on the land of the Woiwurrung & Wurundjeri peoples of the Kulin Nation. We acknowledge the traditional custodians of this land and pay our respects to their elders past and present. Sovereignty was never ceded.

For their 6th EP, Art Bei Ton invites the talented French DJ and producer VBK. Her six-track journey explores the borders of hypnotic and trippy techno, pushing toward the uplifting side of the genre.

Dynamic and deep, each piece is crafted to draw the listener into a layered sonic space, balancing intensity with rhythmic textures. The EP features a collaborative track with the Moroccan artist Zaatar and a remix from Tadan.

Opening the EP with some halftime ritualistic drum sounds, "Concern" sets the tone with a hypnotic groove that gradually unfolds into a dense and immersive atmosphere.
The second track dives deeper into hypnotic techno, combining bouncy rhythms and psychedelic elements into a tightly crafted dancefloor tune.

"Voices From Beyond" stands out as a driving and dynamic cut, where uplifting grooves meet trippy textures to create a powerful and forward-moving energy.
The fourth track immediately thrusts the listener into a bouncing rhythm, propelled by a heavy kick and rolling bassline—a solid dancefloor cut!

"IO," made in collaboration with Zaatar, brings an intense shift in energy with its acid-infused textures, darker atmosphere, and a distinctive electro-leaning vibe.
Bringing the EP to a powerful close, the sixth track features a remix by the talented Vilnius-based DJ and producer Tadan, who delivers a hypnotic blend of textured soundscapes and tribal rhythms.

Predawn Records is a beacon for all deep techno lovers out there, and Stuttgart is truly lucky to have them. They've built an incredible community in the South of Germany with their intimate shows, collaborations, artist spotlights, and experimentation. No strangers to us here at Delayed, Predawn is made up of Tama, Nils Edte & Laima Adelaide. Founded in 2021, the label has been a home base for the 3 artists & their musical output. An interesting tidbit you may not know about them is the way they're so deeply rooted in classical music. Marko, Nils and Laima all have a background in the genre which explains the precise yet tactile & delicate nature of the releases on the label.

For TAMA's (Marko Mrdja) latest release, "Arc," he’s carrying the torch for the Predawn sound. A quick look at his page will give you insight into his other projects, including playing the piano for the Soundrise Quartet. Across all his work, Marko's passion and musical learnings shine through, reflecting a commitment to composing, producing, and playing music that simply makes him happy. We all crave different things throughout the day, and across seasons, and Marko’s projects embody that.

Blueish-silver. A gentle pulse, propelled by subtle, distant soundscapes and everyday sounds captured. What they are I’m not sure, but they are certainly comforting and reassuring. The song is smooth—there are no sudden jolts or surprises, just a finely crafted track. Listen to it, then listen to it again, and again, it only gets better, as the details and new sounds reveal themselves with every listen. 

This track and the rest of the EP including a remix from Rambadu will be available to purchase via their Bandcamp page digitally and on vinyl on the 10th October.

PREMIERE: TAMA - Bluish Silver  [Predawn Records]

Jin Synth is a Taiwanese sound designer, producer, and DJ whose name has been a long-time fixture in the London scene. Her artistic delivery is characterised by ambience, experimentation, and a never-settling nature.

This four-track project on Italian label KR3 marks five years around the sun for the label and showcases the distinct yet complementary visions of Jin and Marco Maldarella, and mastered by Peter Van Hoesen. A recipe for success? We think so. "From many strange places and by many strange roads" is the label's message to us on Bandcamp, and this EP ‘The Neural Abyss’ facilitates a new place to explore.

When first attempting to describe this track, I immediately felt it was a calling - a cry for communion, a summons to meet, a pull towards something unfamiliar, somewhere to unravel and understand more, perhaps from within a snowy mountain range? I hadn't yet noticed the title, but it makes complete sense that the track is called "Signal." A signal and a calling are fundamentally similar: a message, which is precisely what this music is.

The sounds funnel us through the deep, spiralling crevices and dark corners of the mountain. The echoes are hypnotic, fuelling this journey. What Jin achieves here is the expression of a route of thought of her own, providing many paths for the listener to interpret as their own and it’s available to pre-order on vinyl and digital now and will be released on Friday 24th October on Bandcamp.
