From the historical torture technique of Peine forte et dure in ‘Ruptured Lungs,’ where torturers asserted dominance over victims’ bodies, to the medical interventions of ‘Monolith Lobotomy,’ where practitioners wield authority over minds, each track delves deep into Nietzsche’s concept of the ‘will to power.’ This EP confronts the dark impulses driving human behavior, inviting listeners to contemplate the complexities of dominance and submission in our darkest moments. Are we all just slaves to a primal urge for power, unwittingly becoming monsters in our pursuit of dominance?

RAMKKA is a DJ and producer from Ireland that has been fascinated with techno since he was a teenager. His love for the genre developed after seeing Dave Clarke many years ago and he has been DJing since then, with his production career coming in more recent years.

His brand of techno is dark, hard and industrial, with fast pace heaviness and smooth transitions. With a number of releases on labels across Europe and worldwide he has quickly become known for his own sound and plans on bringing it to a bigger audience in 2024.

In addition to this, RAMKKA has recently co-founded Immortal Nights, an event series showcasing the harder side of techno. The events have been met with great success among fans, and there are many exciting plans in store for the future.
