Disparate producers with complimentary sounds, Evil Needle and Sivey met in an online beat community 6 years ago and to this day have never met in real life. On June 24, 2014 they present their first official EP, 'Constructive Interference', to the world. 'Constructive Interference' was created over the span of 3 years and embodies the unique soundscapes of each producer.

Evil Needle, based in Strasbourg France [just on the border of Germany] pulls inspiration from traditional hip hop, neo-soul and trap music while seamlessly weaving in open synths and chunky chord progressions. Manchester, UK-based Sivey incorporates soulful beat-oriented music with what he calls "emotional highs and lows that are still musically stimulating" adding a beautifully uptempo sensibility.

The two come together to create a big sound vibration that is reminiscent of the round sound of vinyl – this time in a digital version.

After his critically acclaimed debut "Purple Cwtch E.P." dropped on Terrorhythm in 2013, GANZ has been on somewhat of a global takeover mission. Having released a slurry of his trademark "Flips" of other people's tracks, remixing acts such as Whatsonot and Flume x Hermitude which skyrocketed him into the global bass music stratosphere, GANZ felt the time was right to start putting together some original music, and we are very proud to be releasing his Dino War E.P. on Terrorhythm.  The E.P. is a three tracker, much like his initial outing with the label. Opening with New Era, GANZ invites you to sit down and take on board what is about to unfold in front of your ears. A summery number ensues, fluttering and bright with some beautiful synth and piano tones. What comes after it is a high energy bass music onslaught, reminding us just what we've missed in his absence.  Dino War is unrelenting. It twists and turns through the intro before exploding into a technicolour attack on the senses. Heavy and bright, it is something we'll all be drawing for in our moment of need for many many sets to come.  Closing out the E.P. is "Trophies" which helps to calm us down just a tad after the rigorous work out we received from Dino War. It's like a warm down - hard enough to keep us moving, but more relaxed than it's predecessor on the E.P. A fitting end track to a triumph of a release from GANZ.  We're really excited to be bringing this to you all and hope you enjoy the music as much as we do here at the label.

Introducing @tltshft. 

A genre crossover band comprised of FBR’s very own @InscapeSounds and sultry singer Zahra Sanie. Both residing in Northern Virginia, USA their sound incorporates darker tones than any of Inscape’s previous releases and explores corners of several experimental music genres. Inspired by elements of chill trap, dubstep and future beats; Tltshft’s darker vibe has been the product of a progression of Inscape's sound as he experiments with richer and more eclectic styles.

After releasing his EP under the self-titled moniker ‘Inscape’ on Bandcamp in April 2014, Inscape sent across some tracks to Complexion to premiere on The Future Beats Show on Westside 89.6FM and the audience instantly took a liking to his cosmic, downtempo melodies and his late night majestic aura. 

Between Zahra’s textured vocals and Inscape’s range of producing styles their forthcoming Tides EP is a fantastic body of work for open-minded music lovers and future beats listeners alike.
