When the original of Friend came out, it was one of the coolest tracks I'd heard in awhile. I loved how much fun the vibe was, plus the almost passive aggressive lyrics about cutting a toxic person out of your life. So when @FRNDmusic reached out asking me to remix the track, it was a no brainer. Being out on tour this fall, I was super inspired to make a hard hitting version of the song that would work in my live shows. Staying true to the original, I kept a lot of the parts and blew everything else up 10 fold for a big fat remix that I hope is just as much fun as the original.

New Danish music-family/collective debuts with catchy pop single ”Summer” 

Behind the letters OM, you’ll find the new Danish music-family/collective Official Music. The Copenhagen-based collective creates their music in an old church tower overlooking the lakes in the centre of the Danish capital. Official Music is a gathering of young and colorful artists, songwriters and producers who have one big thing in common: talent! Official Music is also a musical family who creates and releases their music in unity. It’s a family where music rushes through the veins and creativity flows free. 

With an offset in pop music, the different artists in the Official Music-family create a distinct sound that beautifully portrays the differences of all the artists. Together they write and compose music as a name of their own, and also for a lot of different artists outside the collective. 

Today the Official Music-family debuts with their first official release ”Summer” an explosive pop-track that showcases the raw talent of the OM-artists. “Summer” is the perfect summer-soundtrack for endless nights and good times! 

Official Musics newest signed family member songwriter, producer and guitarvirtuos "someone", is the 19 year old young man behind the vocal of 'Summer' and for this young raw talent,  it´s just the begening.

These past couple of months have been a huge growing period for me on a personal and artistic level. After going through a really bad break up, I made a rash decision to move to LA and crash on couches until I got a place. It’s been 4 months now and I feel blessed to wake up here every single day and be able to work with some of the most talented, genuine people in the world. I am truly coming into my own lately and have been living every second of my life with love and passion, and that is being reflected in my music. I stopped caring about what people think, stopped worrying about following the rules and started to make whatever feels good to me.
