"Omni Trio returns with never before released material - this EP includes tracks from a ‘lost’ seventh album. These tracks were reconstructed from stems and fragments salvaged from old DATs, mini discs, and floppy discs. They were at various stages of completeness—from almost finished to complete restoration jobs. Most of them were in progress at the time Omni Trio delivered the Rogue Satellite Album. It was quite a cathartic experience, revisiting this material and bringing it back to life. But it’s also significant in that, there’s no more material hiding away. This is the final transmission from Omni Trio."

Our second release features an original production from label founder, Garrett Jr. With heavyweight Amen breaks, rave-era pads, and techno-inspired stabs, So High fuses speaker shaking sub-bass with soulful vocal cuts recorded in collaboration with Jo Hadler from Wilder Vocals.

With the incredible DJ Sofa on remix duties, the track flips into a deep, thumping Jungle roller - stripped back and driven hard by pounding drums and crisp 808s.

This cross-border link-up connects Garrett’s Bristol roots with Sofa’s new school Jungle style out of Helsinki, Finland.

Aliens - Dom & Roland (1997)

We've got a bumper Premiere today as we present the first Soundcloud clips of the brand new EP from Brakken for Tech Itch Recordings! Currently shrouded in mystery all we know about Brakken so far is that he is a old warrior of the scene operating under a new identity; doubtless time will reveal the artist's former aliases, but for now all we have is the beats.

Said beats are impressive indeed and fans of the dark-edged techstep sound will definitely find plenty to enjoy here; from the deep, rolling reese bass of 'Shadow Art' through the industrial-tinged halftime of 'In My Room', out into the 90s style 'headz-y vibes of 'Shaper Scratch' and finishing up with moody stepper 'Let Go', this is clearly the work of an artist with deep roots in the scene and plenty of ideas to explore. Sick stuff!

Phoenix - Dom & Tech Itch

A futuristic roller from the “Bladerunner” Era. It perfectly captures the mood of the film. A big hitter at the Metalheadz sessions in the 90’s this was smashed by Doc Scott and Randall in many of their sets. Again featuring a reworked alternating clean and distorted "flow break" and big 808 bass this style of production pioneered the way for Dom’s later work. This turning point in Dom’s history is now finally mastered and seeing it’s release on vinyl 20 years later.
