Program’s seminal 100th release has finally dropped and so far, it’s delivered two bodies of work; an array of 54 exclusives through its most recent package as well as a sampler which acted as its prelude. For the next segment, the sister-label of Ram Records is unleashing yet more new music. With it comes a host of reworks, taking classic Program tracks from the imprint’s catalogue and having roster guests add their spin to each selection, following in the wake of their colossal Skantia 'Bassline Secret' reboot. 
Whilst fellow Russian artist Nais takes on the sounds of Teddy Killerz and Coppa through ‘Jackyl & Hyde’, Legion & Logam’s ‘Afterthought’ is given the deluxe treatment by Gerra & Stone. What follows is Legion & Logam stepping up to give their own version of Gerra & Stone’s ‘L.I.E.S’, Kung’s expert reimagining of Kelle’s ‘Repirator’, Levela taking Wickaman & RV’s ‘Sound Clash’ through his own lens, Subview adding his take on ‘The Truth’ from Stealth with Fats on vocals and Monument Banks making a welcome addition alongside Aperio’s ‘Grey To Blue’. Then to finalise the track list, Zero Zero’s rework of MD ‘Fiction’ and the Sound in Noise mould of Frankee’s ‘Firehorn’ leaves a delicious taste. 

Overall, it’s yet another celebration of what the platform has spent nearly a decade creating. So once again… It’s time to get with the Program. One which remains as groundbreaking as ever, 100 releases on.

RESULT follows with a halftime track that absolutely brings the juice in SWAGGER, boasting endless rising energy and oomph. Somehow exceeding the tension and ferocity of those before it, FEUD closes the EP with neuro meets tech, a track designed to crack dancefloors. The BONE BENDER EP is another clear leap in the rise of RESULT, while VALE continues its ascent as the bleeding-edge of the next generation of neuro producers.

Some say regeneration, we say murderation: ‘Rebirth’ sets the scene with turbine girth. Sitting
somewhere between neuro, foghorns and a Boeing 777 GE9X engine, it marks the latest chapter in Akov’s constantly evolving sound. All thrust and gusto, it adds a whole new harmonic light on the gutter sound du jour.

‘Rebirth’ backed by two equally forthright, explorative designs. With its addictive, angular riff ‘Altered Carbon’ toys with the DNB DNA. A fugly, furious fusion of tech, dancefloor and jump-up, it’s absolute weapons grade material for DJs on all sides of the roller paradigm and it sets us up perfectly for ‘Chub’. A chugging, militant finale, powered by soaring electro-inspired bass textures and all manner of twisted, gnarled edits, this brings all the boars and sows together
with fitting fire.

Drum & Bass label Sine Function Music return with another massive EP from their talented roster. This time they invite Noizesplitter to have his take on their sound; a stylistically sexy package, it’s been aptly named ‘Dirty Talk’ and it features three brand new tracks from the producer. Including two fresh, standalone offerings as well as a rework from Safra, who has his spin on the title-track, there’s a host of innovative music which is about to be added to the Sine Function catalogue. It’s an atmospheric and warm package which pulls together the sounds of the summer, proving that Noizesplitter was the perfect artist to take the imprint into the upcoming warmer season.
Hailing from Luzern, Switzerland, drum & bass neurofunk DJ Noizesplitter morphs his signature through a different lens for this release, pedestalling a versatility which has caught the attention of many major tastemakers. Meanwhile, it’s Santiago, Chile, where the second artist to make an appearance brings his sounds from. Together, they push the vision which Sine Function Music has built for themselves from the very beginning. And that’s why they’ve been so successful with the releases they’ve debuted across their discography.
Up first, ‘Lick’ rolls out amongst crackling sub bass and steppy drum rhythms. You’re taken into each segment by the track’s clapping kicks and its winding bassline helps to give the track its well-honed grooves. Title-track ‘Dirty Talk’ follows suit. Another offering from Noizesplitter, its lumbering bass notes drop one into the next, creating a rhythm which is difficult not to move to. Bringing the EP to a close is Safra, who twists the original ‘Dirty Talk’ and gives it a more melodic undertow. Using the signature bass provided for by Noizesplitter, it’s given segments of rising synthesis. With Safra’s expert arrangement and Noizesplitter’s grinding atmospherics, it’s a perfect example of what Sine Function Music have at their disposal amongst their roster.
