Opium 

I embarked on this journey through the work of Géza Csáth, a Hungarian writer, pushed by a desire to investigate illusions of the mind and the perpetual desire to live in a somewhere far from our real life.

Opium is a small episode that tells of a psychoanalytic session. The patient is an opium addict who makes a magnification of the assumption opium. 

This tale sparked my attention to the mechanisms of desire, frustration in the search for the meaning of life, and the ultimate aspiration of not being culturally social objects.


The encounter with Clementine determined the physical birth of the project. Each of us had different reasons for wanting to interpret this story. 
Despite this, however, it was certainly an alchemic meeting. Clementine's voice is the necessary complement to transform a male and assertive character, the opium addict, in a perspective that would allow us to explore his thinking emotionally.


Clementine Robertson is a multidisciplinary artist. Trained in theatre and performance design her work explores the tactile and sensory realm, with which contemporary life so often appears in a state of disconnect. Her work is consciously informed by ethnobotanical study. Romantically, opium, and its tradition, the blood thirsty history that is the reality of such hallucinatory and dream-like years have fascinated her from a young age. Voice is not Clementine’s usual area of training, but the chance to collaborate with Domenico Mezzatesta(aka Domez) on a subject that fascinates both was too good to miss.

Domez, composer, sound designer, and dj producer.

Starting to compose soundtracks for movies, theatre and dance pieces, Waterwall dance piece is one of the best known; by the early 2000 I began my activity as Dj. 

I have worked for more than ten years creating and editing music for  fashion shows in Milan 
collaborating with the biggest fashion brands: Prada, Gucci, Valentino etcetera as well as Visual Vj.
