Composition used by the NHS for their recent 'Scottish Patient Safety Programme' Conference in Edinburgh. They selected this piece of music to accompany an animation video during the conference.

A piece I composed as a student with the aim to convey the cycle of health; using major chords and upbeat sounds to promote the idea of good health and the sections that incorporate minor chords with a melancholic mood are for the times when health is not great and care may be required. That is the basic premise.

Many thanks to my course tutors for the whistle parts and for assisting with the mixing process. I hope this is the start of a career in composing! 
 

Brightest Days

A piece of music I composed today that is created in the distinctive style of Middle Eastern music.

The desert appears to me as a magical otherworldly place where the sun and sand combine to create an inhospitable environment that few would brave to embrace. A place where small groups of nomadic travellers march through the sands of time, the footprints of the camel leaving a temporary tattoo in the scalding shifting sands, and distant mirages try to entice with their empty promises.  

I have tried to capture the essence of the middle eastern deserts through this short piece. I hope you enjoy listening to it!

Call Of The Desert

An electronic type track that I composed in a Pop style. This is fundamentally an experimental piece that was real fun to work on. I hope to edit the track at a later stage, with further mixing and effects, when I have superior plug-ins available - this will add more to the drums in particular. The vibe is supposed to be positive and upbeat, hope you enjoy!

Let It Happen

A song I have just finished working on in college. It is a classical piece that takes a lot of inspiration from games such as Tomb Raider and Final Fantasy. The song is called - 
'The Crypt' and the idea behind it is the exploration of a mysterious chamber. I hope people enjoy it!
