Right off the bat: The illustration of Wayne (Guy who did the entire fridge not being real bit originally) comes from wizard0rb (https://youtu.be/9G9aTzsxUUA). I not only reccomend the original animation, but also the original stream highlight video from wayneradiotv which is linked in the description of the animation.

So, this one of course came into creation after thinking up the original "When Sex is Real", starting with the fake fridge clip altered to be like this. After that i roped it in with another idea i had beforehand about putting a sped up amen break over Sad Song from Mario RPG. And well, the rest is history!
Also: At first i thought layering the amen break ontop of sad song was gonna cause more problems due to the former being in 3/4ths and the latter in 4/4ths, but it actually went hole-in-one! Probably because i decided at first to do the amen break at double time.
