On a special episode of Clear Cache Sundays, I finally tried my hand at a rhythm roulette. Season 2 Episode 5.

This is part of a weekly beat crafting venture that takes the idea of my "Live From OffbeatJXN" series and takes it up a notch. Every Sunday (permitted if the shop is open, there is no other event happening there, and I don't have a family event to attend), I plan to craft at least two beats and carry out my full thought process for each beat no matter what. My first of three beats played at the Mississippi Museum of Art on 2/20/2020. I was a part of a producer set tasked with sampling artists born or steeped in Mississippi.

This beat incorporates portions of a live performance by The Five Blind Boys Of Mississippi, portions of a studio recording of Sam Cooke, and an intro of Sam being interviewed by Dick Clark .
