Time is the continued sequence of existence and events that occurs in an apparently irreversible succession from the past, through the present, into the future. We humans have found nifty ways to define and help us understand it. Yet everyone's perception of this strange thing is unique.
Time dissolves into oblivion, if someone pushes "play" on the right track at the right place and time. Well, not too long ago the universe pushed a monumental pause button causing time and with it life on earth to freeze - but: our hearts never did.

We kept them in a safe place. And now a new summer is here, one that invites the dancing feet back to the places we hold so dearly.

"A Mirror For The Sun" is a compilation of pieces, which strive for no less than be the soundtrack that awakens our spirits, now that the big play button has finally been pushed.

"أم تيا " The Psychologist :

The soothing power of music is well-established. It has a unique link to our emotions, so can be an extremely effective stress management tool.

Listening to music can have a tremendously relaxing effect on our minds and bodies, especially slow, deep, quiet classical music. This type of music can have a beneficial effect on our physiological functions, slowing the pulse and heart rate, lowering blood pressure, and decreasing the levels of stress hormones.

As music can absorb our attention, it acts as a distraction at the same time it helps to explore emotions. This means it can be a great aid to meditation, helping to prevent the mind wandering.

Musical preference varies widely between individuals, so only you can decide what you like and what is suitable for each mood. But even if you don’t usually listen to classical music it may be worth giving it a try when selecting the most calming music.

When people are very stressed, there is a tendency to avoid actively listening to music. Perhaps it feels like a waste of time, not helping to achieve anything. But as we know, productivity increases when stress is reduced, so this is another area where you can gain vast rewards. It just takes a small effort to begin with.

To incorporate music into a busy life, try playing CDs in the car, or put the radio on when in the bath or shower. Take portable music with you when walking the dog, or put the stereo on instead of the TV.

Singing (or shouting) along can also be a great release of tension, and karaoke is very enjoyable for some extroverts! Calming music before bedtime promotes peace and relaxation and helps to induce sleep.

Hot oasis represents the sound of nature with a strong influence of South Sinai peaceful spirit. His melodic tunes reflect the sound of the oasis and the mystery of the mountains to take the ears to a psychedelic journey.

His style lies somewhere between melodic techno and ethnic downtempo and has been showcased on imprints such as Stil Vor Talent, Click Records, Art Vibes Music, Buddha Bar, Lump Records, Sol Selectas, Pipe & Pochet, Souq Records, Sweet Musique and more. 

His latest release named “Ophera” is out on the latest VA of A Tribe Called Kotori, the spiritual Stil vor Talent spin-off franchise by Oliver Koletzki.

❂ Biography:

Born in Beirut, Lebanon, Edwardo’s childhood was in the neighborhoods of a small town in a mountainous area called Ballouneh. At an early age he was exposed to a lot of music through his family especially his uncle who was a musician and a soprano. He discovered the language of electronic music at the age of 14 through the incoming of trance and minimal techno to the Beirut scene. Once Edwardo became 18 years old, and as he started traveling and exploring the world, he started discovering a deep passion for music, and his soul leaned towards the electronic sound. 

In 2013 Edwardo went through a sever trauma with the passing away of a dear family member, and it almost crushed him. However, it was in music that he found salvation. Maintaining a lot of hard work and dedication, he learned the art of DJ-ing, and with a vibrant halo a “Crowd Favorite” the DON EDWARDO surfaced. His daytime career opened an opportunity in KSA, where he spent all his free time building a massive national and international connections platform across 5 continents alongside practicing his skills, and continuously performing across the region in clubs and events in Beirut, Dubai, and Tunisia. 

Inspired by his travels, and his musically rich social network, his taste in music engulfed a variety of genres ranging from Downtempo, through DeepHouse, to Progressive and Techno. Which allowed him to cover daytime beach gigs in addition to club bookings, and after-hours extended sets. 

Don Edwardo feels most alive when the crowd dances to his music. His message is to spread love, happiness and peace through a unique sound. Of his goals is to sustain the underground scene through supporting other talents and artists as he believes music is a sacred thing and is to be shared.
