I remixed this old 1980 hit from La Boum's OST (The Party), a world famous French romantic comedy that is still remembered today.
It is "Gotta Get a Move On" by Vladimir Cosma, a great French / Romanian author and musician, published on B-Side of Reality performed by Richard Sanderson.
In the movie, this song plays the background for Vic (Sophie Marceau) as she chooses and tries on the clothes to wear for the party.

In 1987, British musician Karel Fialka released "Hey Matthew", a real masterpiece. The song has minimal instrumentation with only synthesizers and a drum machine being used. It follows the lyrics of the stepfather (Fialka) questioning his stepson, Matthew, as to what he sees on television and what he wants to be when he grows up.

Back in 1990, Beats International with their "Dub Be Good To Me" covered an old 80s hit, "Just Be Good To Me" by The SOS Band.
Today I mashup it (featuring Lindy) with "Jack", a smashing track by Superlover that use the voice of Chuck Roberts in his famous monologue at Chicago House.
