Bio:

Paul has began to make a career in his own right, having several top ten hits in many different charts in the USA and UK.

Having numerous songs singed to various large record labels around the globe such as Universal/Hardcastle records, Trippin Rythm records, Pacha recordings, King Street Sounds Cafe Del Mar & many more.

Performing his own Smooth Jazz music at many of london's best venues for Great clients, for example The Guild Hall for the Common wealth and Olympic team's Christmas party, The Savoy Hotel London, Dean street's Pizza Express Jazz club, The Berkeley Hotel Knightsbridge, Kuredu island Maldives and launching cars for companies such as Aston Martin.

Also performing in the dance scene with some of the worlds biggest and best DJs around today.

People such as Alex Gaudino, Eddie Thoniek, Eric Morillo, Laidback Luke, Dj Oliver, Mark Doyle (Hed Kandi's creator), Brandon Block & Alex P, Steve Smart (Kiss 100),

Jose Devina, Lee John (Judgement Sundays), Kid Massive, Soul Avengers to name a few.

Paul spends most of his time in his studio working on his own material, currently waiting for his first backing track from a grammy award winning producer who can not be named yet.

Performance wise he has proved very versatile playing with Jazz & Rock bands, DJs and at one stage toured with his own Funky House band across the UK.

A carefully curated selection of the greatest nostalgic vocal trance tracks from the late nineties to early noughties (the best era for trance :D). Hard to believe some of these tracks are nearly 25 years ago - still sound so fresh.

Featuring artists such as Delerium, Matt Darey, Above & Beyond, Flip & Fill, Lange, Kelly Llorenna, Fragma, Aurora, Thrillseekers and many more.

Starting with euphoric/uplifting/main-room vocal trance the mix progresses to emotional/mellow trance toward the end.

DJ PROFILE:

Donny only started beatmatching at the age of 21; he always enjoyed raving to old skool garage and house music but never thought he could actually mix. It was only 'till he got messing with some MP3 mixing software (Atomix)...........then caught the bug.

Instead of going down the electronic route he managed to grab some dirt-cheap Technics SL-1210 Mk3 decks & SH-DJ1200 mixer (for a bargain £500 from his mate) and was soon trawling the record shops of Soho London and eBay tracking down those rare-as-rockinghorse-sh*t tunes!

Over time (and many £s spent) he has built up a vast & extensive collection of the very best Old Skool Garage nostalgic tunes from 1997-2002; he likes to call this the 'Golden Era'. Many, many hours of practice behind the decks gave him the skills and confidence to take the plunge and jet out to Laganas, Zante in 2005 for the entire summer to share his talent. There, he immediately gained residency in Wackabout/Sabotage Club and also DJd guest nights at Amnesia, Club Black & White and Footprint Beach Bar.

Since his return he has played out at various bars/clubs and private functions around central London and Surrey at bars & clubs in Wimbledon, Fulham, Croydon, Clapham and Chelmsford (Essex). He specialises not only in UKG but now Funky House which has mainly been driven by his passion for anything Hed Kandi – he owns a massive collection of their CD compilations dating back since 2001.

Having visited most of the European party islands over the years (Malia, Kos, Zante, Faliraki, Kavos and most importantly Ibiza) he has learnt to understand the ever-changing clubbing scene. Donny has the crowd in mind and endeavours to give them what they want. He loves to know his music inside-out so can drop tunes at the perfect spot to keep them jumping all night. Music-wise pretty versatile; he can also mix Trance and Drum & Bass.
