“For me, music has always been a very important outlet. Music has the power to create a world entirely apart from our own, where we find ourselves in the melodies, we explore the landscape of the chord progressions, we come to understand our surroundings through the lyrics. This world has been a huge part of who I am for as long as I can remember, a place to slow down and find answers in the rollercoaster we call life, so building that world in my own music became a huge goal of mine. Now I finally have the opportunity to share that world with you, in hopes that you can find yourself in it, that you can use it to explore your own life, and maybe come to understand the world we live in a little better. The Glass Passenger began releasing a number of demos on BandCamp in early 2021, before bringing them over to the rest of the major streaming services as the “A Certain Magic” EP in September of the same year. The EP comes ahead of a full demo album that is set to be released later in the year. The demos are of songs written for a planned pair of concept albums.
