[this is the very first draft of an “everlasting song” journaling concept i came up with, all prod and written by me. 

i’ll start by stating that these lyrics began as a new perspective on an old song i wrote; a song about feeling bound to social norms, held back by society, trauma, invalid as human. i don’t feel this way anymore so… isn’t it amazing that we can heal? 

i will be working on this and updating as i go. it’s just a demo. replacing the file day by day as i make improvements in the track— that mirror improvements i make in my life! :)
•extending and also recording lots more in time. fully aware that the mix is inaudible.

1. i’m at the lake for the weekend so don’t judge haha 

2. the whole point of this song is to mirror the imperfection within the constant growth/improvements we as humans experience 

flower line is inspired by my girlfriend, she’s inadvertently helped me feel seen and understood so i thought it would be appropriate to make those changes. the rest of draft 1 is slightly altered but mostly the same as what i had written last year. i wanted to start off with where i was standing so the next part of the instrumental can transition into what i have planned smoothly. you’ll see what i mean. 

friends, family, life experiences & acute updates within my life in the form of poetry.

all sweet lil shoutouts when it comes to the people around me, though i might rant about personal struggles every so often. we will see where the road takes us
