My first album in a whole. That is how it all began.

There is nothing in the river, which is as a permanent, and yet everything remains one and the same because there is no firm knowledge of the past and no clear anticipation of the future. 
I tried to approach the rhythm of nature about the piano to be closer to her. 
From the light to the dark - through temperature, senses, time, mind, body and stillness.

a sort of imitation of colin stetson saxophone playing, actually just another try to sequence a res-4 feedback patch going into mmf-6. sequenced from er-101 with cv going into the er-102 for volume, filter symmetry and resonance. pressure points and planar helped to get a lively feeling although it is quite a simple repetative sequence.

I have wanted to kill myself a hundred times, but somehow I am still in love with life. This ridiculous weakness is perhaps one of our more stupid melancholy propensities, for is there anything more stupid than to be eager to go on carrying a burden which one would gladly throw away, to loathe one’s very being and yet to hold it fast, to fondle the snake that devours us until it has eaten our hearts away?

Artificial intelligence, a sublabel of Warp.

The best of Warp records and ambient-techno from 1991 to 1998. In 1992, Warp records released the highly influential compilation Artificial intelligence that was 25 years ago. I made this mix of my favorite Warp tracks but also some other tracks released on similar influential labels at the same time such as GPR (General production recordings), Rising high records and Apollo. 1991 to 1995 was for me the best era of electronic music. Enjoy!

Eddie Ruscha (aka E Ruscha V, aka Secret Circuit) brings us 1 hour of original counter intelligence via his guise of The Only Thingz.

Using electronic synthesis as a basis for sound manipulation, The Only Thingz attempts a piercing of the membrane, be it water or yoke, in an imaginative sense, as of the creation of polliwog. 

A journey of searching and discovery.... A field guide composition of a possible life creation theory... A primordial map in linear sonic formulae.

This double A-sider is the fruit of a long gestating collaboration with fellow Malmö-based record collector/selector & producer Simon alias Rizzolo DJ (alias Moisture). Closely intertwined with the label in various ways since the start, his path to producing started with re-edits and a more wild-haired approach to deejaying, finally landing into his own groove with the 2018 album A Freak Is Born. Released as a privately pressed cassette, the album featured two tracks co-produced with Fasaan founder Prins Emanuel. 

On that first album, the palette was a lo-fi reverie of minimal waves crashing into depths of goth and heights of camp. Here for the 12” format, we instead get the full onslaught of power tools gleaming in the blast of strobe lights. The weight of GAMMUT unfolds and delivers exactly what the title suggests: a complete scope of percussive barrage unleashed in tight locked grooves and smattering reverberations. In addition to that, we are treated with a spine-tingling re-imagining of the concept of a bass drop. 

For ORGONE, a 1984 track by Norwegian group Fra Lippo Lippi serves as the backbone of the composition. Championed by cosmic DJ Daniele Baldelli and here pitched down to wrongspeeder tempo, Moisture uses the original song to bridge the gap between his roots in the re-edit scene as well as in the cosmic tradition. Thedry  mechanical bassline is flanked by hollow percussion that eventually propels into a crystal-chimmering microcosm of orgone energy.
