This one was a huge undertaking mainly because I've never had to mix vocals before. I learned a lot while making this track, but I'm not sure how I feel about using vocals in the future. I'm glad I managed to get something out of this idea tho.

I went to work so fast on this track after the last one. Eda's Requiem is such a banger and I wanted to get working on something that was instrumental sooner rather than later. I had a lot of fun figuring out groove on this one.

This is probably the longest I've worked on a track. I lost interest at some point and then I came back to finish it like a month later. I was listening to a lot of Ye, specifically Donda and JIK, but also listened to Porcupine Tree which is where the title comes from. Always had an idea of making a big, evangelical track for Belos and his Titan rhetoric, and this is what I came up with.

I wanted to make at least one more track before the year ended, and I had an idea to incorporate a verse from one of my favorite Brockhampton songs. It was a lot of fun adding in all the ancillary sounds to the atmosphere of the track.

I was working on this before the finale, and it was lacking direction. As soon as I finished it I knew exactly what to make it about. King and Luz's relationship is so precious and so heartwarming, but specifically, King's arc is pretty tragic. I thought it was great to make a track for it.
