SHE/HER is on the rise! The Artdictive resident has been popping up a lot lately throughout the country at renowned places like Radion, Basis, and others, with Perron coming up. Originally starting off playing trancy and hard, her sound has evolved to a healthy blend of rolling groove and rhythm.

Seeing what she is evolving to music-wise made us eager to have her be part of our ongoing mix series with an exciting 60-minute recording.

The raw, rebellious vibes of bands like Rage Against the Machine and Deftones ignited aylin ‘s musical spark at a young age. For the artist, percussions are her playground, a nod to her early drumming days. Aylin’s sets are a symphony of highs and lows, a captivating ride that refuses to let you go. Guest mix by born-and-raised East Londoner & FOLD resident* 'recorded during an extremely turbulent moment in my personal life & I think that translates in the mix. It was stopped, started, revisited, redone & worked on in snippets where possible. There’s an urgency here that’s very parallel to my mental state at the moment but I think it worked favourably 🥲 Hope you enjoy'.

*She learnt to mix with footwork, breaks & UK techno, but it was experimental club music where Lockhart found her feet and its influence is still seen today in her intense-yet-playful sets. Experiences in Berlin & Britain exposed her to the darker sounds of dance music, which swayed her own style, and led to her focusing on the raw, heavy techno that she now plays with great success. Residencies on several parties across London led to her becoming a frequently spotted name on lineups, which soon brought her onto the radar of FOLD where she was welcomed into the family.

Her self-assured aura quickly spreads through crowds, instilling a bond of trust that remains throughout her time in the booth. Never far away from her sets is her mischievous grin that accompanies her dark, trance-infused melodies, whilst she toys with the crowd. Lockhart doesn’t play to them - she plays with them.

Nakamo's hypnotic sound effortlessly navigates the realms of driving techno, melodic textures, and nostalgic grooves, all while infusing them with a glitchy, futuristic twist.

Nakamo started on her DJ journey in the North London party scene, crafting podcasts during the lockdown for techno collectives based in London.

Since then, this emerging talent has quickly made a strong name for herself, with performances at well-respected venues in the capital, including FOLD, Fabric, Corsica Studios as well as making her European debut at the prestigious Ved Siden Af in Copenhagen last year.

In 2020, Nakamo immersed herself in production and recently released her debut collaborative EP with Ctrltraxx on Leisure World.

Radioshow "Synthetic Vision" supervised by @vikagavalidi opens the season with the podcast of Thessaloniki DJ and producer @_olympios_ Having mixed alongside some of the most impactful artists in the underground techno scene he has saturated the city with his sound playing in some of the biggest clubs in SKG. His music is defined by powerful hypnotic grooves and mental melodies full of organic texture through a mixture of oldschool and newschool creating a story with each of his sets.

TINCKER ( @user-256802540) is a DJ Based in the south of the Netherlands. 

He started his DJ career with a strong preference for old school sounding techno. Minimal techno, newer school groovy tracks and Glitchy sounds are the main elements with which tincker shapes his sets. With a strong focus on hypnotic grooves and layering tracks, Tincker's sets are a real dance floor experience.

"With my sets i really want to express a feeling of self awareness and living in the moment throughout a journey of great mixing and track selection. Club shaking music with a lot of hypnotic elements, grooves and rhythm. People 'really' dancing and unity on the dance floor is what i try to accomplish with this set"
