A large bird is hiding behind the branches and leaves of a tall tree. I sense the bird's presence clearly.

Noises in the night, keeping me awake,  fireworks exploding, for gods sake,
i cant take anymore, anymore of this

The slightest sound, im all alert,  Up on my feet,  That's a dead cert
Looking out the window,  what did i miss?

Here we go again,  we been through this before
you keep on knocking, knocking on my door         x 2
cant get no sleep, its nearly 4am again

i close the window, and get into bed,  close my eyes, noises in my head
i cant take anymore, anymore of this

looks at the clock, its so dark,  turns over,  i hear a dog bark
i cant get to sleep, sleep like this
