The injury one suffers as a result of the carelessness of other is an assertion of dominance and an act of violence assaulted upon the bodyhood of the Victim. Let's say someone "innocently" brushes their hand across a carton of milk that was known to all in the communal body to have been placed in its space by the creative labors of the Victim. The carton, now slightly removed from its intended corporeal space, has the causative effect upon the Victim's body to greatly increase feelings of anxiousness while decreasing the validness of the Victim's person-hood, not only physically, but spiritually. In fact, the belligerent transgressor's in this, as with most every other instance, declaration of innocence is itself an assertion of superiority, thus placing an inferioration effect in the neural mindspace of the Victim, thus perpetuating victimation.
